Don't even think about parking here. Our car had its rear window smashed in and out of sight bags stolen. Apparently, according to the locals, this happens every weekend, when the car park is unmanned after 22:00. One week on, NCP have yet to respond. The thieves target unfamiliar cars. Beware.

As many others have said, it is not secure. It appears to be with gated access and well lit but there are no CCTV cameras, only entry and exit cameras. Smashing windows and stealing bags from the boot has been happening for years. Do not be fooled by the seemingly secure gated access - it makes no difference. Even if you do everything correctly, bags out of sight, backed up against the wall, well lit area near the attendants desk - none of it makes any difference. Don't take my word for it - check out some of the other reviews of this place. All very similar stories.

Avoid this car park. Our car was broken into on Monday 30th July 2021 and everything from the boot stolen. Police not at all interested which is probably why the perpetrators keep targeting this car park because they know they will get away with it.

Have parked here three times and have seen three cars with their rear windows smashed in. Checked the footage on our dashcam when we got back and saw them checking out our car too!! This car park has a MASSIVE problem with crime - DO. NOT. USE!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PARK HERE. Car was broken into and have been told it is in their terms & conditions they are not responsible. No compassion, just a generic email stating they accept no responsibility. NOT SECURE. Anyone can enter the car park. If we had known that ANYONE can enter, we would never have parked here. Judging by the reviews, it keeps happening. Avoid at all costs.

Really nice and well located parking, secured with shutters and locked pedestrian doors, i got a good discount by booking in advance too.
