Do not use if you have a motorcycle ,no designated signs for parking just little area’s at end of row quite dark and small would not recognise my registration on pay machine so stuck , no one to contact on phone always busy ,no one on site . How this place got a car park nomination is bewildering very expensive for what it is

Send large fines out without making adequate attempt to contact customers, even customers who are regular users and have exemplary payment history. Once fines are issued they have no interest in retracting, even if issued in error. You have to appeal to the enforcers and hope!! Very poor customer service and risky place to park if for some reason the automatic payment doesn't process.

As others of said, received a fine even though they had my payment details, they do not respond when you try to explain this, enforcement company they use and this are same name so go figure!! Money making scheme avoid!

I recieved an email today saying that I gad not paid my parking on Thursday last week and that i was now being fined £75 , despite them having my details They didn't send a previous email and won't reply to or answer calls. I will be contacting trading standards. I have never had issues before.

Unable to get hold of anyone if there are issues. No human contact, so not able to resolve payment issues and they report immediately to enforcement. Not impressed!

Nice clean car park, looked like it had been painted recently. It does cost a fair bit but you get what you pay for. It takes your reg as you drive in, then very easy to pay by card at a machine before you leave. I think you can get discounts if you register with them but we didn’t. We used this car park on a Sunday and there were plenty of spaces.

Stopped overnight ,well lit and felt very secure would use again

A clean car park with decent sized bays (wider ones can be pre-booked!), lift access and CCTV, feels very safe. Have used this with confidence daily.

ANPR ticketless, machines take cards

Bright, new and clean. Ticketless (ANPR) with card and cash accepted. Good for the children's hospital.
