Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

It’s OK generally but some days you’ll have trouble finding a space as traffic slows to a stop when cars looping around to find a space find they can’t easily pass one another. The other day the attendant poorly managed things creating total chaos. The payment machines weren’t working so signs were up that parking was free. In the morning I came and went without paying. In the afternoon the same free sign was showing. As I left the hospital the first barrier was raised but when I came to the next barrier it wouldn’t open. The attendant said they’d fixed things 30 mins ago so I’d need to buy a ticket. Cars were so backed up as both barriers were blocked and people couldn’t get in or out and were missing appointments or sat in their cars feeling ill. He refused to open the barrier. I and others had to go and pay - but the nearest machine wasn’t working, the machine inside the hospital wasn’t accepting card payments and the machine near the steps had a long queue. 10 mins or so later I went back with a ticket an

As a cancer patient who attends hospital a lot I believed that my car park charges would be capped. I paid over £6 on one of my visits. It is not capped at all . Would like some feedback as at the moment I am up the hospital every day and find that it is cheaper to get dropped off .

Car park attendant is notDoing his job the sherborne car park the barrier was letting people in and there were no spaces , this made me late for my appointment as I had to get out and use the main car park.I use that area as I have breathing difficulties,the attendant was watching the cars go in and it must have made a lot of people late not only me this is the second time this has happened and it made me angry .
