Like all other reviewers state, this car park is a complete scam. They send through parking charge notices, even if you have paid. My advice would be to keep all evidence and appeal. If necessary, make a formal appeal and even take them to a Traffic Penalty Tribunal. There is a wealth of great information regarding appealing, on the following MSE link: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/parking-ticket-appeals/#howto Do not let them get away with it! How / why the Cricket club have not done anything about this is beyond me, considering this situation has been going on for many years.

Total rip-off. We paid for 3 hours. Left well before the time expired. But still got a 'fine' through the post. Suggest everyone boycotts Bath Cricket Club until they act on this, which has been happening for years.

AVOID OR Be very careful. Paid £3.10 for £3 evening charge and received £100 fine! Complete scam. Signs confusing lighting poor meaning machines are difficult to read!

As others say, a scam. Paid and displayed. Got a fine through the post a week later with some fuzzy photos. They clearly have no attendants; just cameras and the aim to extract money from us

Be careful. This company seeks to maximise its profits by minimizing costs. I don't think that they have parking attendants. Instead they use cameras to record arrivals and departures. So there will always be a discrepancy between actual time of finding and paying for a parking place and then returning, finding and getting into your car and then actually leaving.Keep your ticket. There was an 11 minute discrepancy between our arrival and actually being able to get a ticket! This company is effectively charging you to drive into their car park , search for a place to park, walk to the ticket machine, wait in line for up to 10 minutes to actually get a ticket, walk back to the car, lock up and walk out of the car park. On leaving, they're charging you to walk to your car, unload shopping, get children/passengers into the car and then find your way out .Do complain and appeal every ticket. This must be damaging the reputation of the Club. Do complain to them as well.

Absolute scam, paid for parking, a week later revived a penalty notice for £100 and photos of my car! Will never park here again that’s for sure! This surely can’t be legal!

Aug 18, 2019

Rush back to car to avoid being over the 3 hours paid for, sit waiting for rest of family to get to the car, all the while it’s time entered and exiting that is captured on camera that fines me £100 for being 20 mins over! That includes the 5-10 minutes waiting in a queue to buy ticket - won’t be coming here again

£100 parking ticket received through the post a month after parking, even after buying a ticket. Avoid altogether, this is a scam.

£100 parking ticket received through the post a month after parking, even after buying a ticket. Keep your ticket if you park here or avoid altogether, this is a scam.

May 17, 2019

Keep the ticket, as this company will send you penalty notice even if you paid for the parking. They are completely ridiculous!!! I won't never park there again!!!

this is a complete money making trap-keep away, infact keep away from Bath altogether

Sep 17, 2018

I came into bath for a family wedding and parked in bath cricket club carpark as it was near to the centre and reasonably priced. Wish I had avoided it .... what looked like cheap parking (£5.80) for 4 hours has now turned into £105.80 for 4 hours!!! Received a fine saying I had stayed 11 minutes over my time but i had paid enough and left before my time was up! Keep your ticket and take a photo as proof because you will need it!!

Car Park great, Parking Eye practicing usual tricks. Issuing tickets without checking to see whether parking paid or not. Shambles of a company that needs to be much more meticulous in it's detailed record keeping and checking.

May 20, 2018

Beware!!!!!!! I paid for parking, and yet was served a parking charge notice for £100 by Parking Eye - a private company which monitors the car park.

May 17, 2018

I parked there and paid for the tickets. What is even worse I have the record of those transactions ,yet greedy private company issued me with a ticket. Nice!

Apr 17, 2018

Beware! I paid in cash for parking, and yet was served a parking charge notice for £100 by Parking Eye - a private company which monitors the car park. My appeal and all efforts to have justice prevail were rejected. I hadn’t kept my valid ticket and Parking Eye gambled on this and it paid off for them! It’s a racket.Only ever pay by CARD and KEEP YOUR TICKET AS PROOF.

Apr 9, 2018

Just got a parking fine for Parking for 34 minute so after having bought valid ticket !!!!!

Good and safe

Not very big but usually a couple of spots available. Not a long walk into the centre. Take the opportunity during the summer to catch a few minutes of a cricket match on the picturesque ground adjoining.

Parking In Bath

Blue Badge Holders Parking

Bath Controlled Parking Zones

Blue Badge Holders may park in the same controlled parking zones as resident and business permit holders. The badge must be clearly displayed at all times during the restricted hours. The restricted times are usually Mon-Sat 8am to 6pm, zone entry signs at all vehicle entry points to a zone will indicate the times and days that the restrictions apply.

On-Street Designated Disabled Parking Bays

These are primarily found in town centres and will have a sign to show that the bay is restricted for use by badge holders only. Enforcement action is taken against non badge holders or if the badge is not clearly displayed.

Off-Street Parking - Car Parks

With the exception of the bays at the entrance to Charlotte Street car park parking charges now apply to blue badge holders in ALL Pay & Display and Pay on Foot car parks IN BATH ONLY with the exception of the Sports & Leisure Centre Car park in North Parade. The tariff boards in each car park indicate the charges that apply.

Yellow Line Waiting Restrictions

Parking on double and single yellow lines is permitted for a period up to three hours providing you clearly display a valid blue badge and set the time clock.

You are not allowed to park on yellow lines when loading restrictions are in force or where you would cause an obstruction such as parking in front of a dropped kerb. Loading restrictions are indicated by yellow line markings along the kerb.
