Zero stars from me parked at 545 pm, paid £9 come back and the car park is closed. Why take the parking fee for 4 hours if it closes at 730 pm, its an absolute scam, car park its self is filthy, dark, broken glass everywhere and I'm not scared to collect my car in the morning to see if its still in one piece.

Appalling, awful signage in the dark drove in and left immediately as found closing in next hour, so not suitable £60 fine appeal rejected only in there 7 minutes.

Avoid like the plague!! Disgusting carpark. Stinks of wee, glass everywhere and pay machines are not fit for purpose. We only had cash/coins and the machines kept spitting the coins out, we managed to keep £5.50 in the machine but it would accept anymore coins. Rang a number which gave use an automated service. 2 weeks later I've now got a £100 parking charge notice!! Just going through the appeal process now as feel its unfair and unjust. Will never use this horrid car park again.

Doesn’t even deserve one star but would allow me to leave a zero! Absolutely disgusting car park. Shutters closed just as we returned to our car and we could not get out. It is advertised as a 24 hour car park. We only noticed the black signs as we tried to leave saying closed from 7pm - 7.30am. Very scary experience for 2 ladies with 2 children. Never again!

Terrible terrible terrible. My car got broken into - smashed window and they stole belongings and some cash!! I was gone for 2 hours - DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!!

DO NOT ENTER! We entered the car park, could not find a space that was not littered with glass. We finally found a space with less glass and attempted to get a ticket. We tried multiple machines, none of which would let you pay. None of the buttons worked. The whole ordeal lasted 16 minutes before we gave up and left. We then received a parking ticket for this. Absolutely outrageous conditions, unfair system. From reading the other reviews, you are evidently damned if you do and damned if you don't. Please don't waste your time, save yourself hassle and money and avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting car park. Notice signs on black backgrounds with small writing stating you can’t gain access to your vehicle from 7pm-7:30am. Placed at the side of the entrance. Hardly visible ESPECIALLY at night time. Car ended up locked in as we had parked in there to go for a meal at Silk Road at 6:45. Had to get taxi home and back in the morning. We arrived at 7:26 in the morning and the gate didn’t go up until 7:40. There was no way of paying for the extra time. Could only pay for the future time. Still paid for the hours used. But now after reading reviews I’m expecting a fine. When walked back through this morning we noticed all the smashed glass and the awful state of the place. Which I wish we had noticed last night as wouldn’t leave a pedal bike there, never mind my car! Stunk of urine and I would not feel safe entering there of a night time alone. Absolutely disgusting and caused a lot of unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a nice evening for my birthday.

Went to park here on New Years Eve at 6.30pm. It was only when we walked to the payment meter that we saw a sign saying the car park would be closed at 8.30pm. As we had a table booked for 7.45pm at a nearby restaurant we went back to our car to leave to find another place to park. We were in the car park for a total of 7 minutes and have now received a fine of £60 for not paying to park there. Absolute rip off.

Absolutely disgusting car park shutters down car locked in how is this allowed to operate nobody till call god help whoever answers at 8am had to get taxi home let alone couldn’t get out either obviously this intent needs dealing with asap online says 24hrs!

Got locked in as signage for gate closure is barely visable at night. Drove in at 1 min to 7 and tried to drive straight back out, ourselves and another gent all trapped. No emergency contacts no means of exit. Phoned the police in the end. Dangerous garage. Shouldn't be allowed to operate this way.

Car smashed. Nothing valuable at all inside either. Nothing taken. Do not pay premium parking fees to have your cars smashed to bits in this sewer.

How is this allowed to happen? Countless cars broken into it’s a secure car park with no responsibility taken by company I’m sure there are many more victims who have not posted a review. Disgraceful

Wish I didn’t have to award one star to leave a review. Avoid! Car was smashed to bits, stolen everything out of my car. Feels really unsafe, no staff, no phone numbers to contact, no cameras apart from the ones to take your reg incase they want to fine you.

If I could leave 0 star I would, car had rear window smashed, had £3000 worth of stuff stolen. No contact number, no way of getting cctv footage. Police don’t do anything because the criminals aren’t there. DO NOT PARK HERE

Would recommend that nobody parks in this car park. Our car was broken into and everything that was in it was taken. Haven’t heard anything back from the parking company since the incident or any actual footage despite them saying the car park had 24 hour cctv. It also states that the park has shutters which will be down from 7:00pm to 7:30am which wasn’t the case at all.

Yesterday 30/09/2022 we had the unpleasant misfortune of parking in your Beetham plaza Liverpool site.In my opinion this site should be condemned.If it not for the presence of security guard then we would have left immediately.However after paying for parking and trying to negotiate our way out through what can only described as an open toilet then having to repeat the gauntlet retching to retrieve coats.The place is strewn with broken glass and leaks.We love coming to Liverpool if this was our first impression we’d never come back.There is no way we’d return here ever.

Don’t recommend at all. The car park records when you enter and leave the car park. I received a £100 fine despite paying on the app. 0 grace period.

On the 9/4/22 we tried to park here, none of the payment machines were working so we left shortly after arriving to find parking elsewhere. Today we received a charge notice from a debt recovery company about an unpaid parking fine for £170. We will not be bullied into paying for this scam.

If I could give it zero stars I would. So many broken lights you need a torch to use the pay machines which are in themselves designed to mislead people in to paying the incorrect fare. Dodgy place, run by what appear to be a company more intent on making money from PCN's than offering paid parking. Use VERY carefully and not after dark especially if you are alone. Dreadful.

Dont bother parking here, car got broken into nothing even valuable to steal, broken glass in so many parking bays so im not the only one.

Entered car reg, tried to pay the correct amount by card. The machine wouldn't work properly but we thought we paid. We have the receipt. Fine of £100 in the post. The information given prior to appeal didn't mention paying the wrong amount. £100 fine when their machine took £3 instead of £5.50 Reported to Merseyside Police as I believe this is a scam.

23rd December paid for 2 hrs , and received a Parking surcharge. stating on ticket 1hr 37mins. machine is not the easiest to use.

Not even 1 min grace period. Parked there, took me must have actually left the park a min after the ticket expired and now £100 fine… shame on them

The ticket machine would not issue a ticket, no errors etc. Came back later and found another machine which worked. Paid for parking before I left but still got a PCN notice for £60. Currently disputing PCN - as parking system notes the registration of vehicle and therefore knows that you have paid!

Awful payment system and pay machines. Thought I had paid appropriate amount, 6 weeks later got a surcharge notice for £60 quid. Beware - avoid using this car park.

Was in the car park less then 6 minutes was unable to use the pay and display machines so left was sent a charge notice through the post. It is also underground so no signal to use the app.

Great location and spacious. No barrier or onsite guard though and the ticket machine is impossible to use so need to be paid via app practically.

Great location for the waterfront, especially the liverbuildings, beetham tower side of the city with only a 7 minuet walk from L1.
