We have been issued with a parking penalty, for using the Instavolt chargers for just over an hour. Beware!

Just received a parking fine from Booths in Keswick. I use this car park at least once a week and am disabled. I didn’t realise that the system had changed because we park in a disabled bay which only has the blue badge sign up and nothing about having to pay after an hour!

We have shopped at Booths for 20 years. I am severely disabled and have a blue badge. We should have seen the signs but didn't. We are holiday makers from Cornwall and this my last visit which I am very sad about. We parked 3 times for food ..no notices in the disabled bays . When we got home I had 3 x £100 fines for going about 10.minutes over the permitted 1 hour free each time. I take a long time to walk around this store but do it as quickly as I am able. I will appeal and see what the result is but I suspect no leniency

This car park ticket machine used to take cash, why does it now only take online & /or card payment, this restricts choice & ability of use.

Was told we could park our motorhome in the coach parking bays yet when we arrived we were told we couldn’t so very disappointed travelled many hrs to be turned away
