Did anyone got a fine for being 5 min late?

Parked just over 3 hours , fair enough that’s past the limit but we were sent both a final reminder and the first reminder on the same day instead of the first one apparently being sent last month . Clearly done to make us pay the full charge of £85 . Terrible way to treat people

Not only do they fine you, but charge you extra to pay it. Absolute robbers. Would give no stars but have to give them one to show this review.

Got fine and they didn't sent me first letter for purpose to get more money. Only received second letter with £85 .They are ripping people off like this for money. Will report them to trade standards!Scam parking company. Will never shop there again!

I got a parking ticket for the 25th of the 10th I've been trying to pay it but my parking fine code does not work keeps telling me it's invalid so what do I do who do I go to how do I pay is fine at the moment it's £50 and if it goes on any longer it's going to be a lot more and I haven't got the money to pay this can someone tell me how I pay it's fine

Never will I shop there again ....a fine because I was over 12 mins ..reason being the police stopped us ..to give us an alarm for our bags and told us about purses being stolen on the site ..So we listened ..but it caused me to have a fine ..a fine I as a pensioner found it difficult to pay ..I am disabled so walk very slowly ..and rest a lot as I get breathless ..But I Paid up and will never visit again ..

Good to get a free car park - always seems to be a space but may have to look carefully on a busy weekend.

Someone hit my car and there was CCTV cameras facing but wouldn't check it at all. Over £3000 in damage. Not happy.

I never received the first letter of the penalty charge, the second arrived and it was £85. I am surprised! Easy to make money, and be an owner of the financially successful company, when you are a lier, and NEVEr send the first letter out. Congrats. I spent a lot of money that day, when you charged me, hopefully, you will spend it for what I wish to you.

I have been fined for parking just 45 min on a Sunday afternoon, will make a complain.

Horrible car park, received a fine for being just over 2 hours despite me spending over £150 on shopping that day will NEVER go back there again

I have had a parking ticket from the people who manage the car park, I was spending money in the shops at Christmas and went over two hours, even if I am spend money here I sill get a ticket, I will never shop here again due to this. Customer lost !!!
