DO NOT PARK HERE Please for your own sake park a little further away and walk to your location. Thieves, parked in this poorly lit car park and paid using the app as soon as I could. Arrived back to my car within the time, but because the car left the very empty car park after the allocated time they have slapped me with a £60 fine. It makes it pointless actually paying for the parking if they are not going to give any leeway with entering and leaving, I may as well have just left my car there all day. Never have I known a parking company to act like this. On top of this there is pot holes everywhere, with the car park being very poorly lit. Seems like a very common issue looking at all the other reviews. Once again do not park here

Shocking car park badly lit full of potholes ! My 80 yo mother tripped and fell on her face injuring her shoulder knees and face due to being so dark .

Paid £3 for parking on a evening but they still trying to fine me for over stay . Worst car park. Do not use

Appalling, what a rip off. £60 fine (got the ticket late so actually £100) all for leaving after 5 on a Sunday when I didn't get the chance to pay any more than £3 in the first place. Peterborough Council, sort it out with these private scammers, you should be ashamed. The car park was nearly empty, in a shocking condition, insecure and, what's more, it's a Sunday for crying out loud, how can you attract people into town if you charge them for parking on a Sunday. Bunch of schysters, shame on you.

Beware, the machine will tell you to pay £3.00 but you then get a £60 fine for an under payment. Family night completely ruined as 3 cars parked we all paid the £3.00 and all got a £60 fine.

Beware of this place. Unfortunate that zero stars us not an option. This is not actually worth even one star. It is a disgrace. It is badly lit - you have to use your phone to light the pay machine, the surface is full of potholes and then, a week later we got slammed with £100 fine even though we paid.

Disgusting that some is supposedly the council & some parking eye. The pay by phone doesn't work, will not allow card payment, no where shows the cost, pay what the machine advises & then get £100 fine as well as paying fee. The car park is shocking, pot holes etc, very poor lighting. Peterborough City Council should be ashamed of themselves allowing company like that to abuse customers

Absolutely shocking place to car your car! Not very clear on pricing! I paid £2 for a £1.50 ticket no charge given. I was 3 mins late and slap with a ticket!!

Terrible car park, poorly lit difficult to see notices and instructions on pay machine when night time. Not a council run car park. Decided to leave car park as difficult to find a space. Was only 6mins having waited to find a space, but still fined. Went and found a council car park nearby. Will never use again.
