I parked at the bullring car park today. Went to pay at 2.30pm and was told by staff the machine was not taking payments and advised me to pay via app or at the barrier. I opted for the barrier. I had a nightmare as the machine at the barrier would not accept my ticket, so had to reverse back (inconveniencing everyone who were approaching tha barrier). I accessed the other barrier and paid. My sister who was in her car paid at a different machine and could exit with ease. No suggestion was made to me of another ticket machine. I don’t park in the city very often, so didn’t know there were other barriers. Staff need to be more helpful

I parked in this car park for less than two hours. When I came to pay I put my card into a payment machine, but the payment machine turned out to be broken, it digested the card and I could not pay. I had to speak to an attendant using the next door machine, when other people had finished using it. I was told to pay on exit, which I did but I was charged £9. I consider that I was absolutely ripped off because of the broken payment machine and the fact that I could not prove my entry time. Future customers should make sure that the payment machines are working. Overall the payment system is a little primitive compared to more modern car parks, such as the nearby Arcadian.

Car park can be expensive however it is one of the safest car parks i've ever been to. Using the Skidata Technology also throughout Bullring it now has lights in the car park itself showing if the space below it is free or not. It leads directly into Bullring itself so it is convenient for people who do not come to Birmingham often.

Easy to find and very smartly laid out, looks like new and the spaces were well spaced and easy to park in, leads straight into the bullring, so visitors to Birmingham like myself find it perfect for a cheeky shopping trip, the prices are quite high but it was to be expected for the location, easy to negotiate when leaving the car park. Perfect for those who prefer convenience over getting the cheapest possible space.

While attempting to find the Moor street car park and negotiating road works in the centre of Birmingham, I stumbled across this car park, I decided that it was probably the most convenient at the time and it looked brand new. The spaces are big enough and there are lots of them, as to be expected it wasn't cheap, but as it has elevators and stairs straight into the bullring itself, for visitors it is perfectly located. As I don't travel to Birmingham oftenit is ideal for me.
