It’s absolutely disgusting how the car park is closed from 8pm but yet there are NO SIGNS to advise that your unable to access your vehicle in the public car park after this time!. I had a birthday party gathering where the party ate at the Chinese buffet within the mall. Parking is VERY difficult, I had disabled passengers also. I returned to the car park where my vehicle was parked to find that I was UNABLE to access MY property as the car park had closed and locked every shutter and doors to access the car park. After walking around for over 1 hour to find another entrance/ someone to help, NO ONE COULD HELP ME OR GIVE ME ANY INFO ON THE CAR PARK! I ended up getting a BUS back to LUTON/ BEDFORDSHIRE with my disabled passengers! I WILL NOT be using this mall or parking again and I’m taking this matter further. They hold your property against your will & I do not believe this is acceptable for anyone who parks within this car park! DISGUSTING SERVICE AND DISGUSTING COUNCIL! DO NOT PARK HERE!!

Smells like public toilet and the best spot for drug dealers and weed users.Sad.

This car park must be the worst I’ve ever been in by far. The lighting is very poor, conditions are very tatty, the flight of stairs smells like a port-a-loo and to top it off, the signage is non existent. I parked my car there for the very first time to use the cinema only to come back to find out that my car had been locked in the car park with no warning that the car park shuts at any given time. I was so annoyed that I had to take a taxi 30 Miles home just to repeat the journey back to retrieve my car the next day. DONT WASTE TIME PARKING IN THIS CAR PARK. I’d rather to get a parking ticket parking on the public roads near there the next time

Horrible car park! Waste of time! No attendant to be seen. Very smelly and dodgy looking! Pay-by-mobile is the WORST way to pay! No way to pay via. mobile. Like in the dark ages.

Poor quality Car Park. No maintenance, broken lift, smelly areas everywhere, lack of lighting, expensive parking charges.
