Takes an hour to get out of the car park

Beware new parking charges! No longer going to use this car park. Was there 3-4 hours and got charged 5.50 rather than the usual 1 pound after 6pm. That's going to cut down how much I go in to Cardiff!

Parked at 18:48 last night when to pay for my ticket before 00:00 and got charged £8.50 instead of the night rate of £1! And no one to contact for a refund.

Reasonable 'early bird rates' if you park before 9 and leave before 6. But the car park is hard to get into if you have a wide/tall car and the parking spaces are very small. The layout is odd and dark. The car park is prone to queues at around 5 pm which has meant I've been stuck trying to get out for over 30 mins on occasions. Further the exit location makes it hard to exit into the right hand land without having to cut across traffic which can cause more delays when trying to get out. I would recommend this car park purely for the early bird rate but if money is no object I would advise of parking elsewhere.

Impressed with cheap evening rate - ideal for visit to New Theatre. Access to Capitol centre OK, though rather haphazard parking layout makes it difficult to remember where you left your car!

I park here after work to do a quick shop on the £1 evening rate. If parking in the space nearest to the wall, the spaces are strangely bigger. Lots of puddles when it's raining!

Dark and confusing car park layout near to Queen St station but not so useful if you want to access the main shopping centre.

i stay well way i got charged £18.00 for just 6 and half hours one big rip off will not be going to cardiff again i pop down to swansea.

It's on top of the capital shopping centre and has a very weird layout that is hard to drive in. Not that many reasonably sized spaces. It's always busy and a bit out of the way for all the shops.
