Would give 0 if I could. No system, drive round for over 30 mins every time. Not obvious if 1 way so lots of irate patients. When you have a sick child or are sick yourself this is a disgrace

107 spaces and you won’t get any of them. Drove round (and round and round and round) this morning for 45 minutes before eventually giving up and missing my appointment. Arrived with plenty of time before my appointment not that that ended up mattering. Narrow car park, no system to it at all, just car upon car desperately trying to find a space with no one having much luck. Constant backing up of cars because you can just choose to drive in any direction which would be fine expect you struggle to get two cars down the road. Honestly if you have any other means of getting to the hospital other than driving use that.

Had to drive around for ages, allowed plenty of time to get to my appointment, by the time i eventually got a space after queuing i was late for outpatients, tried to call ahead to let them know, no answer. Eventually got in to hospital to another que & then they refused to honour my appointent & it cost me £3 for the privilege of stress for nothing!

Had circle the car park for 30 mins to get a car parking space along with many other stressed patients and visitors

Really expensive, no spaces, bad ticket system, just bad overall really. I now use the Upton park and ride just up the road, only £1 and the bus stops right outside the hospital.

Barrier let me in, but there were no spaces, and there were so many other cars looking for spaces I was blocked in for about 15 minutes. Eventually got out and tried the other car park but got the same problem again. Finally parked elsewhere, very late for appointment but kind staff let me in anyway.

Arrived in the car park at 10.01 for a quick visit in the hospital after queuing at the pay unit behind a family whose money the machine wouldn't accept and an elderly gentleman who was having problems with the machine accepting his reg by the time it was my turn it was 10.32 and I was then charged £3.00. There needs to be more pay stations.

Dreadful I parked for 50 minutes for a clinic appt as a disabled badge holder. I was charge £3.00 which equates to 6 pence per minute. This is a penalty on to of being disabled.I struggled to walk from the car park at the daycare unit to outpatient dept 3 the opposite end of the hospital.I was accompanied by my daughter and a dog for the disabled. How to penalise patients for being ill.Is this part of the new culture of looking after those who most need the care.I am a retired nurse who like all of the staff paid parking charges to work at the hospital approx £24 month for 15years.I am appalled at the new system and cost to both patients and staff.

Is the disabled parking still free or not?Website states it is. Signs also say disabled drivers must pay.

Arrived at approx 10.10am...left at 12.16. The ticket issued stated I had arrived at 6.00 am so charged me £5 for six hours parking when in reality I had only been there two hours....money making racket. The person in the car in front of me had the same problem. You really need to get this sorted....also no phone number or company address on tickets for complaints...how convenient for you!
