Avoid this car park or you will regret it - awful spaces, no attendance, difficult payment, no telephone or email working.

Nov 18, 2023

terrible car park with complicated payment terms highly recommend look use alternative car park

Aug 18, 2023

The exit lane is ridiculous way to narrow even for small family hatchback watched the person in front of me kerb her alloys and she was only in an Adam ,make sure your handbrake is in good order as you can be stuck on a very steep bank for a while after you exit onto main street

Trying to decipher payment terms is a bit of a mare. Resulted in a fine!

Jun 10, 2023

Narrow spaces, curbed wheel on way out. Very bad design.

Oct 17, 2022

The only redeeming feature of this car park is its location. Otherwise, as people have already said, spaces are far to narrow and exit lane is narrow with ridiculously high kerbs!

Aug 22, 2022

Horrendous car park. Extremely tight spaces and exit Lane. Very high chance of wrecking your wheels or worse.

Feb 19, 2022

Terrible dump. Spaces far too narrow for modern cars. Would be ok if everybody drove 1st gen Minis. Ridiculously narrow entry/exit lanes causing damage to wheels. Council operated tells you all.

Appalling - charged double, but fortunately I have the receipt. I’d advise you keep check in details and receipt if paying by card

Aug 27, 2020

Well sited within walking distance of City centre but watch out for floors with restricted bays (for Permit Holders Only). The signs are small and badly sited on floor divider walls (out of range of rear cameras on cars) and obscured by headrests when reversing into bays.

Dec 14, 2018

Nasty little car park, too narrow and a real risk of scraping alloys or worse. During busy times the entry sign often says full making waiting cars back up into the road when there are spaces available.

Dec 29, 2016

Narrow shared entry and exit lanes. Can be 5 minutes when busy.

Oct 2, 2011

Excellent car park including a car club bay, motorcycle and cycle areas, CCTV and security staff. Exit can be a little troublesome for longer vehicles, many clip their rear wheels on the exiting curb. Spoiled slightly since the discontinuation of 24hr operation and leaves the entire of grey street / pilgrim street to trek up for access to the town centre.
