Disgusting car park, lift door broken, stairwell wet and stinks of urine then on the way out the barrier refused to open and we wait for a maintenance man. After a 30 minute wait he arrived and told us that we had to pay an overcharge of £1.50!!! Of course we didn’t pay and the experience ruined our evening at the theatre.

I downloaded the NCP app and entered payment details before I left home. I chose this car park because of its proximity to the Art Gallery. When I arrived at the barrier it wanted me to scan a QR code . No mention of this beforehand. I had a queue behind me so I just took a ticket as I would have had to rummage for my phone. The marked exit was down a grubby steep staircase( no lift) to a gate which, at first, I thought was locked. On return to payment machine I was charged the full rate for 4 hours. The whole point of signing up to the App was to get cheaper parking. Won’t be using NCP again!

If I could give no stars for this carpark I would. It cost me £13.50 for just over three hours after a visit to the theatre. What a ripoff! And the place is unpleasant too - only one pay station available so a huge queue to pay, only one pedestrian way in as the other entrance was locked, and the staircase was filthy. You should be ashamed of yourselves NCP. Avoid this place.

The most expensive carpark I've ever used in Leicester...We parked for 2hrs 10mins on Tuesday February 14th Feb 2017 whilst we visited a local museum with our grandson ,and were charged £12.00 ...Avoid !!!!!!!!
