My wife paid and displayed and came back in the time printed on the parking ticket.two weeks later she got a fine for £100. I then emailed them saying I left the car park in the stated time. I said in the letter I wanted the proof I did not pay and I want the camera and vidio footage of their proof that I paid. I did not have my ticket. Why would I keep it. It does not matter really about not having your ticket. Your registration number will be on the computer that’s connected to the parking machine. Under G.D.P laws they have to give you all vidio and photo of your so called civil crime.I told this parking company that I am prepared to take them to county court where we can battle it out and it will be a time for them to bring their proof to the table in front of a judge and it will be proof I well know they don’t have. Traffic wardens have to take a photo of the windscreen where the ticket is in. These are scammers and you need to stand your ground with them

Issued a fine with pictures of my car, but no evidence of non payment despite I paid for 3 hours parking

Very bad car park. Money making machine. Paid two lots of four hours and still got a £100 fine after parking for 4.5 hrs.

We have just received a parking fine after purchasing a ticket.The parking fine states incorrect date and time against photograph of car in car park.Has anyone else been caught? 1st June

Absolutely fuming! I did purchase a ticket and displayed it! And I got a £100 fine. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK/COMPANY!!!! SCAMMERS!!

Poor - not from area - thought I’d have a minute or 2’s grace - but no. Reflects badly on Louth. I’ll not bother to go again

DO NOT USE under any circumstances, Awful car park, got fined £100 for not inputting reg correct, utter disgrace, had to score 1 as would not let me put 0!

Disgraceful set up, money making machine which charges even if you only drive in and out due to no spaces! Shocking

Dire, do not use. Tried paying via contactless twice, no ticket issued but payment authorisation code displayed. Had to assume payment had gone through (twice) but problem with issuing ticket. Have since received PCN for £100. I took screenshots but appeal has still been rejected. Will be appealing via POPLA. Disgrace.

28july2021 paid cash no ticket issued tried paying by card no ticket issued. Gentlemen behind & next machine also having problems. Finished up putting blue badge in window &just made dental appointment . Today 9th Aug got demand for £100. Contesting this will report back. Absolutely diabolical I wonder how many behind me on that morning received the same?Will try local press!!

Parked for 10 minutes with a valid disabled badge displayed.... started getting demanding letters for£100!!!!!!!

Paid £2 for 4 hours, paid on card and input part of my reg plate... still got £100 fine! Avoid!

Empty - bought 2 hour ticket - over ran by few mins and got a ticket with threats - immoral company - no wonder people avoid towns to shop. I won't be back to Louth - council please take note!

Disabled blue badge holder, why don’t they show the rules for parking. With regard to badge holders. Parking ticket received . Annoyed and upsetting.....

Have a disabled badge and thought you paid and got double the time. But also one of the machines had eaten our money so actually paid twice.

I found this to be an excellent car park. very cheap and so close to the town centre. Don't believe the first review. utter nonsense.

Don`t park there , you will find your car scratched or bended or mangled, awful car park....and security 0
