I will never return to this awful car park. Appalling experience. If they are trying to drive people away, they are doing an excellent job at it!

It’s a bit pricey but at the same time nothing is free in life, especially parking in a convenient location. It’s very clean, which is the difference between this one and cheaper council car parks, like Kings Walk that stinks of pee. I’ve never had an issue with the kerbs as others have said. Although I drive properly and carefully.

Rip-off parking charges. Unable to have a nice day out because constantly worried going over time to park. Other retail sparks such as Swindon £2 for 5 hours. Some outlets free. Noy encouraging people to shop there at all.

Terrible car park, the concrete curb is way too narrow causing damage to your tyres and alloys. There is no-one available to take a phone call if you want to raise an issue, no-one seems to care about customer experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE parking lot staff with 0 customer service. Absolutely vile experience with parking lot staff, I have never had such a poor experience with any staff in my whole life. No resolution offered by supervisors either. Rude and condescending, and threatening too. Avoid at all costs.

Electric charging point has been out of order for 3 months. 10 Sep 2021.

This car park is an alloy wheel destroyer. It seems the designers have deliberately built kerbs which will catch out the most careful of drivers. I will never use again. I have found out that many drivers have had problems with this car park, and I will contact as many as I can to make sure the car park owners will pay for the damage caused.

This rating is based purely on the car wash. First inspection the car looked nice and clean. Drove out of the car park to a close retail park to notice all four of my alloys have been scratched by a cleaning tool!! Would never use again.

Handy for local services, but expensive before 6pm.

They also have a car washing service in there. It's well sign posted and very clean, so no pee smelling stairs. There's lifts down to the outlets or it's an easy walk in to town
