Had problem with my ticket when went to car park office was seen by a very friendly member of staff that was very helpful and sorted it out for me car park is very clean always see staff working out cleaning and Sercirity cameras on all levels I will be going back thank you trevor Graham

Very very expensive, arrived just before 6pm, met few friends from work for Xmas meal, was back in my car for 9.45pm and was hit with a £10 bill! God this is Chester, not London, ridiculous! Also when arrived as I was disabled was able to leave safely via lift, on way out that entrance was locked and I was left to walk alone up the walk ways, dodging any passing cars!! Wont ever be back!

A very expensive car park in a high profile location. How is it then that the ticket machine does not accept any debit or credit cards at all - although the machines indicate otherwise? This is well known known to the staff, but there is no notice saying so. If you insert a card it takes ages to 'decline' it - as it does with all cards. This increases delays to all the waiting customers and hugely adds to frustrations when trying to leave. A dreadful oversight.
