Nearly every time I park in this car park the number plate recognition fails to work and users are trapped. Last evening it took over 20 minutes to escape because the barriers wouldn't lift. Whoever owns this car park SORT IT OUT, it's a shambles. Never had this problem with the previous system!!!

I have been trapped three times in this car park due to the failure of the number plate recognition system. Spaces far to small.

Very small spaces. Unable to use the lift due to someone asleep in the lift and urinating in there. Not the great "welcome to Southampton " we expected

Spaces ridiculously small due to huge concrete columns making the doors almost impossible to open!

Ridiculous. Spaces are too small to park a small (Audi A3) car and open the doors. Got a parking ticket because I parked far away enough from a concrete post to open my door and was over the line into another space. Do not use.

All good, There are also electric car charge points available.Spaces are a bit tight but no worse than other multi storey car parks.
