Parked here bought a ticket paid fee, just had letter for £100 parking fee, unfortunately I cleaned my car out for my mothers funeral and ticket cleared from car, so no proof, do not park here.

Paid to park for the day. Issued a ticket I displayed in window. 2 weeks later received £100 for failing to pay !

Do not use his car park. Very poor signage and small car park spaces. Many spaces are reserved season ticket spaces but this is not clear. Difficult to park in the other spaces. If you stay longer than 10 minutes waiting for a space you will be fined £100. Daylight robbery.

Spaces are very small and I have had my very reasonabley sized Corsa scraped 3 times now. Never parking there again

You cant make a prepay booking here. Or book a space. You can only pay 24 hours in advance at site or pay London line over phone for booking for whole stay and leave your email in your window! But that's a gamble as no pre booking of space possible and payment line just 9-5 Not great if you want to leave your car there and take ferry. Phone helpline not sympathetic. No security

Parking In Birkenhead

Wirral Council administers a scheme to give blue badge holders a greater opportunity to park outside their home. There is currently no charge for this service.

In order to be eligible for an advisory disabled parking bay:

• you must hold a blue badge

• you must have a vehicle registered at the address, and the designated driver must also live at the address

• there should not be space within the property boundary to provide off-street parking for the applicant or an existing alternative means of off-street parking (i.e. garage / driveway)

• there must be a suitable location to provide an on-street parking bay ideally located outside of the applicants home that does not conflict with existing waiting restrictions

If you wish to apply for a bay please use the online request button at the top right-hand side of the page. Alternatively, please complete the Disabled Parking Bay Application Form and return it to the address indicated or drop it off at any One Stop Shop.

Following application, the process includes a site survey to consider a suitable location before informing the adjacent businesses, neighbours and Ward Councillors of the intention to provide a bay. It is not always possible to provide a bay but where this is the case you will be informed as early as possible of the reasons why the request was unsuccessful

Wirral Council must stress that these bays are advisory only. This means that it is not possible for the Council's Civil Enforcement Officers to enforce who may or may not use this bay.
