if you paid for your stay via credit card, you can initiate a chargeback as goods were not as described leading to financial losses which you can also claim for in small claims court .

Stayed at this hote last Saturday night and had packed my car in the car park over night. It was my worst experience as I can back to my car in the morning which was totally dented on 2 panels. Hotel said there is no CCTV in the car park even though on this site it mention that their are cameras on site and the car park is secure. the hotel refused to help me in any way and just said report it to the police?? Also there was no barrier to the car park so anyone's can drive in and out of the car park?? The damage on my car is over £1000
