It's gotten better high street car park, Today I downloaded the app the car park attendant help me with the app and showed me how to use it, I was in there a hour and cost me 95p, cheapest car park in the city centre, everything was easy.

Was not allowed to leave even though I had paid. There was a fault on the back end which meant the ticket hadn’t registered payment. I checked my banking app and could see the money had been taken. After speaking to 3, yes 3 different members of staff they still would not allow me to exit. With the man in the car behind me getting angry, many people queued behind him beeping their horns, and a crowd gathering some of which were filming, there was little option but to pay another £16.95 to get out. Disgusting. When complaint made to NCP customer services, just a standard ‘sorry, not sorry’ email received. Basically held against my will until I paid again to escape - extortion at its finest.

Beware had car locked in there last night. Car park is automatically locked down at about 23.55 couldn't get to car shutters down on all pedestrian entrances

Never even went in this car, but sent me a notice of payment! Dont trust these people one bit!

Awful car park, next to impossible to park here if it is busy as the spaces are VERY tight and a lot of them have sewage pipes or columns eating into them. Took me 4 attempts at parking in 4 spaces before finding one i could fit in, even at that i was far too close to the cars beside me . AVOID.

Just awful, quite run down and in a rough area. The charges are extortionate, nothing worked, both the lifts were out of order, the stairways were filthy and smelt of urine. It was just horrible, there are many carparks in better locations and cheaper than this. exit barrier didn't work and had to wait ages to be let out of the car park too. Never again
