Yes have been using this on numerous visits to Truro felt I'll on arrival to a disabled bay. Left the badge on the seat in error got a fine of £50 even though you cannot exit the car park until you pay. Will definitely not use this again it's grubby, dirty and badly lit.

Dirty, dingy & smelly. The lifts are often broken and the parking slots are narrow, with unforgiving concrete pillars at every turn. All of this for a mimimum of £3.80! Do yourself a favour, bring some change, and park ANYWHERE in Truro but here.
