I paid for 12 hours of parking and got a ticket within an hour. The reason stated was because “minimum charge for a van was not paid” ?? I drive a caddy van and was not informed on this at all. They even had my registration so surely should have charged me this on payment. Also the clock was wrong on the machine when I checked. Definitely a scam.

this is an absolute joke - the clocks on the machine have not been put forward an hour, so when I arrived at 7.30am this morning the car park machine thinks its 6.30am therefore the £2 which I put in for 12 HOURS (yes 12 hours, not all day!) is only valid til 6.30 pm rather than 7.30pm. as a result I am having to leave work early to get back to the car. The phone number provided on the machine is merely an automated service and there is nobody to contact regarding this issue - very deceptive!!
