“I would not give any star”. None of the parking tickets machine are working. There are no phone numbers anywhere for the Parking eye limited. As previous customer stated in his comments “ Dec 4, 2010 Beware they take a photo of your car going in and one of it leaving then send you a £90 fine if you leave late. This borough would squeeze the life blood out of you if it made them money.” The parking authority must resolve these issues urgently as it is very clear how much stress it’s causing to the customers!

I parked the car from 630 pm to 10 30pm, this evening, unable to pay as machines didn't work, no way to contact any one. Who do we complain to??

Worst car park machines are not working phone is not working to pay no any other way to pay bigest Scamer in England - 5 stars

Dec 16, 2022

Terrible. Machines do not work. No other ways of paying.

Dec 8, 2022

Absolutely disgusting. Had to leave my kids for half an hour trying to pay but 1 machine out of order and the other one won't work. And tried ringing phone and that does not work either.

Not even 1 star. Parked my vehicle on 01/10/2022 approx 2100. Received a penalty notice 3 weeks later. Sent this company evidence that the machines were out of order but still declined my appeal. Worse car park ever.

All the parking machines were broken, not proceeding after you enter the car reg number. There is no other way to pay. I checked with restaurant I visited and they told me that other customers told them the machines were not working.

Absolutely crazy scammers. I tried to pay but the machines were not working. I then sent evidence of this to them and now they are taking me to court. Parking is £3.50 max I always pay when I go here but how can I when the machines didn’t work!

Jun 5, 2022

I’d give this car park -1 if I could, Machines are never working and even if you do pay they magically want to send you a fine in the post never parking here again, scammers

Oct 23, 2021

The ever worst car parking retailer, but being charged 2twice, in 2two different letters?? I can't believe, how this is working???

Sep 14, 2021

ParkingEye criminals, scammers and fraudsters.

Jun 26, 2021

Thieves! I don't understand how they let them be there, penalty for 5 minutes over 2 hrs. It doesn't state over 2hrs get £100 penalty! I paid and still got fines... rediculous

Sep 27, 2020

Appalling and disgusting. Such inhumane act. Just like everyone else no clear instructions displayed and just bagged a ticket.

The worst place to parking, the pay machine doesn’t work for long time

Nov 26, 2019

If I could give this car park less than 1* I would as they are con artists. The first 2 hours are only free if you leave within 2 hours. If you use the 2 hours and then buy a ticket for the rest, you get a fine. Parking eye Ltd are absolute con artists and should be stopped. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Dec 27, 2018

the worst car park. Pay machine doesn't work, No clear instruction and the telephone either engaged or the computer after many questions hang up.

Nov 25, 2018

Parked and all the machines were not working no number to ring to pay wanted to stay 6 hours eventyally stayed and covered my plate on exit surely they just want the fine money and not the 3.50 it would of cost

Sep 15, 2017

The worst car park and instructions, the signs in the carpark differ to what google search sign reads for this car park

Jul 2, 2017

This car park . Open 8 am till 8 pm. Dose that mean it's free parking from 8pm till 8 am , as I have been fined for a 3 hour stay from times between 9:50pm till 01:08 am. Assuming it was free to park at that time. I can't find any parking terms and conditions available on the internet .

Jun 29, 2017

If I could rate it a -100 I would. Owned by Parking Eye so from there you already know it's a money making scam. Got fined for parking there from 1am - 4am on a Saturday morning - attended a club. Where is that even normal?! Avoid if you can!

Jun 16, 2017

if you get a ticket as I did for £100 appeal against it I got it on a very busy day not my fault it took so long to get out of lidl. parking eye as they are called are bullshiters the goverment need to look into this company unless they are secretly run by the goverment

Fairly decent car park, you get the first two hours free. As a fitness first member, you get an additional hour. I've always found parking here without any problems.

May 15, 2012

I feel absolutely disgusted. The car park information is misleading, and I had parked on a Sunday, brought a park and display ticket, thinking that the first 1/2-2 hrs were free (as stated on the car park display) and still got fined. There is no mention that the cameras start timing you as soon as you enter the car park until you leave the car park. This must be illegal. Has anybody ever appealed against the fine and won ?

May 12, 2011

Same as everyone said. Was on display not clare information, plus even if you pay you get ticket by post one mounts latter. Just received. will appeal.

Dec 14, 2010

This place is terrible - it takes a photo as you go in, and then one as you exit, then you get a fine through the post, despite you paying a displaying. Do not park here, and if you receive a letter, ignore them, as this is a private company trying to rip you off.

Dec 4, 2010

Beware they take a photo of your car going in and one of it leaving then send you a £90 fine if you leave late. This borough would squeeze the life blood out of you if it made them money.

Parking by the Boleyn Ground

Both driving to and parking around the ground is virtually impossible.

The Football Ground Guide website offers the following tips:

- The best areas to look for spaces are roads left of Barking Road, once you are past the lights at East Ham Town Hall.

- Parking can also be found at Newham General Hospital, where there is a pay and display car park. To find the hospital from Barking Road, pass the ground on your right, after a few traffic lights turn left into Prince Regent Lane and the hospital is just up this road. It is about a 15 minute stroll away from the ground.
