Euro CarParks have been scamming customers who have paid to use this car park for over SIX YEARS now. They refuse to fix the problem. DO NOT GIVE EURO CAR PARKS MONEY AT ANY OF THEIR CAR PARKS. AND AVOID THIS SITE IN PARTICULAR.

Just had a fine , i paid cash and displayed. I always do. Take me to court with evidence of car and number plate and windscreen without showing no ticket . They cant just take a picture of number plate in and going out and sending fines . Wont b using that carpark again. Disgusting

My 85 year old has had two parking fines from this carpark. It’s obviously a technical issue that needs resolving. He won’t be using carpark again.

SCAM - DO NOT PARK HERE Parked here for a course next door and paid £3.20 which allows 24 hours of parking. Displayed the tickets and parked for 6 hours. Received a fine a week later for £100 or £60 if paid sooner. The letter states that the ticket either wasn’t purchased correctly or wasn’t displayed properly. I have my proof of purchase on a bank statement. After researching the car park online, I’ve found lots of people saying that this is a scam as they have also paid for their ticket and then received a fine. I appealed the fine with Euro Car Parks and they have rejected the appeal as they say only the first letter of my number plate has been registered in the machine. Of course this is an error with their machine as I wouldn’t have just entered one letter! All digits were displayed correctly on the machine at the time of purchase. They offered a £20 fee to settle the dispute which I’ve very reluctantly paid.

I too thought I had paid but I hadn't. I park here weekly and assumed my payments were still going through, turns out the last 3 hadn't. I thought it must be a paybyphone fault but no communication/customer service. However, maybe reading theses there is a scam here.

Just got parking charge for parking for 2hrs when i paid for 24hours and displayed ticket. Don't have ticket but have bank statement so not paying! Total scam

I paid and displayed 4 weeks later get a final demand although never got the first one , anyway not paying not contacted them, will wait for them to take me to court I have my bank statement so not worrying about these robbers , don't pay if u not at fault .

Just received a £100 fine even though I paid for 3hrs and only stayed 2hrs.Thank goodness I have my bank statement to prove it, awaiting their reply.Not happy I have to waste my time appealing

Difficult to understand how to use the paying machine, instructions very unclear.Received a parking fine although a ticket had been purchased, or so we thought. Still fighting it!

Hidden cameras at entrance and exit. £100 fine for staying an extra 20mins at 8pm in the evening with nothing else in the car park or on the road. Not impressed.

Absolutely appalling car park. Both my cousin and I paid and displayed on a Monday night and both got sent a carparking ticket. I think this is disgraceful and I have no choice but to pay the charge as I've got rid of my ticket! I'll never be using a EuroPark again!
