Very large pothole on ramp going up to floor 3, is it gets any deeper you will see through below to no:2 ! More pay machines required as the queues can get really bad. Clean up of lifts required.

Potholes still there, full of water, not repaired. Claim for damage to tyres coming soon. Lifts and open area infront of M&S entrance still filthy, have not been fully scrubbed or sanitised in years on all levels!!!!!!!

Level 1 entrance hall to M and S filthy needs proper clean sweep and wash. Pot holes level 1 full of water, dangerous and claim potential at the prices charged service and conditions should be far better than this. And this is not the first time!

Although this car park is very convenient for the city centre, if you haven't used it before allow about 20 mins of your parking time to find the payment machines. There are no signs whatsoever to tell you where they are, so myself and a fellow shopper were up and down the floors til we found one. in the meantime we could overhear a man having an argument with a staff member at the exit barrier as he couldn't find one either and payment couldn't be made at the exit. Strangely though, there are A4 size notices stuck all over the exit point stating that no payment can be made there. Maybe they could stretch to a bit more ink and paper and put notices up inside the car park.

So disappointed and angry - We parked last Monday and the time it took for us to get a machine work - after going from floor to floor our charge had gone from 5.00 to 10.50 as we had gone over 4 hours - I am guessing cameras and the number of times we had to put the ticket to various level machines will evidence this - it was a massive inconvenience as my husband has sciatica but the to have the charge over doubled is terrible - will be writing as can’t see a complaints procedure on website

Have used Lemon Quay car park for many years. You have recently installed new ticket machines to enable card payment as well as cash. This is in keeping with most systems, but at present is causing massive ques at present, as notices on machines stating you are having problems with your card supplier and told to pay in cash. This problem has been ongoing for at least 2wks now. In this day of technology, surely this should be corrected by now, or go back to the old system where people knew they had to pay by cash. I know that cash is God, but this is a joke. Yours, disgruntled customer.

Car park closing times have changed with a few useless faded signs in places that you don’t notice. Returned to car just after 8pm to find it locked in and there is no way of getting it out, no answer on phone numbers listed on car parks signs. Had to get the bus home and return the next day to collect my car, and had to pay the max ticket price of £18! Will not be using this car park again and have notified parkopedia of the new closing times to hopefully save others from the same issue!

Upper decks closed off at 8pm with insufficient signage. We found one sign on a door. Barrier sign useless if sitting in a queue of cars to get in. Nothing printed on ticket. Car locked in overnight leaving us with no choice but to get a taxi home with three children at 9pm. Be aware when parking here. Lots of choice in Truro (we realise now). This carpark is not the best.

If as the last lockdown the company persists in charging AND put the charges up, I might suggest repairs to the pot holes particularly to lower level One(1) before claims start coming in for damage to tyres and wheels

Very conveniently sited and fair charges. I always use this car park when in Truro.

Good car park for shops. Ideal for evening out in Truro, Center of the city and £1.30 from 18:00
