someone reversed into my car door while parked in this carpark. No contact details were left. My insurance asked for the footage for the day and the management of the shopping centre, initially said I didn't park there. I proved that I. Then they said I parked right under the camera therefore they cannot see my car..but they must be able to see the other car bumping into mine. It's not safe to park in this place if they have no visibility of what happens in the carpark

Gestapo style enforcement in just about all car parks. Waste of time complaining to them, it's all about money. We need the LAW to change so complain to your MP.

My partner is disabled. She is in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (HRMC DLA) and as such has a Motability car which is exempt from vehicle road tax.Her disability was as a result of childhood cancer and this year she was diagnosed again with cancer. She visited the Liberty on 20th August 2019 to buy night clothes for her hospital stay. She parked in a disabled bay on the ground floor and obviously with things on her mind and distracted, after retrieving her walking stick from the boot of the car she forgot to put up her badges. She was issued with a parking ticket for parking in the disabled bay.She appealed the ticket provided proof that she was entitled to park in the bay but her appeal was declined. The mention above regarding the vehicles status as tax exempt is on record by the DVLA, which is why she can use the Dartford crossing and Congestion Zones without payment as her vehicle license number is registered to her as a higher rate disability. It was her intent

Great car park near the shops. Ground floor caters for the disabled so you don't have to worry about the lifts. Kiddie spaces are allocated near the lift for easy access with pushchairs, but do get abused from people with no kids like every where else
