Always spaces thing that let down this carpark is the unsavoury people smoking drugs in staircases! This happened to me on 3 different occasions from November to January and very intimidating with 4+ men blocking the way.

Good place to park, secure, lots of spaces. Spaces are a bit narrow but otherwise no complaints.

Great place to park if you are wanting to visit North Laine or London Road, both walkable in a few minutes. I've never not found a space in here, maybe because the entrance is hard to find and very unintuitive(first time). I like the shuttered windows and card-entrance. Very easy to reach from A270/A23.

Great for cheap parking in Brighton. We use it quite regularly to attend swimming meets at the Prince Regent pool. It is a 10 min walk away from the pool, but the saving of £11 per day or £18.50 if you get back within 9 hours instead of parking near to the pool, makes the walk worth it! Seems nice and secure with a shutter entrance & exit. You need your ticket to re-enter the carpark on return to your car so don't forget to take it with you! The only confusing thing is you enter on the east side at ground level and exit about 2/3 levels up on the west side, but once you are used to it, it's fine.
