Dirty, spaces are too small. Unfortunately a hub for people who have no home and no toilet facilities other than the stairwells. Extortionate costs that rely on the facts theres so few other places to park if you need the law courts or Birmingham Childrens . Im always amazed the hospital doesnt have its own parking set up- theres a load of space where the old dental hospital used to be thats abandoned! Typical nhs , forcing staff to park in such horrendous conditions

An absolutely terrible place. Very very expensive, dirty and the pay machines did not work. Avoid at all costs.

This car park don't deserve one star even. What's a pity I have to give it one star to write a review. I had the worst experience with the car park in my entire life. Someone broke in to my car and searched it. Hopefully they didn't find one pricey item I left hided inside, but they smashed my window. Avoid this horrible place!

Your car will get broken into or damaged. If you park a centimetre out of a faded white bay marker, you will get fined £100. Don’t bother with this pathetic car park

For 5 hours of shopping I had to pay £25 to park my car here. Prices are actually disgusting. I would have parked else where if I was more confident driving around town. Prices are in need of a review

Worst car park ever. Tight spaces meant I had to wriggle out of the passenger door to avoid damaging the car next to me, hardly any spaces and the strangest layout for a car park. Not to mention extortionate pricing. AVOID

4times more expensive than the car park on the opposite next to IKEA. 4 hours parking costs £16, never use it again!

I returned to my car this evening to find it had been broken into with the passenger window smashed and the dashcam stolen. The attendant was helpful but refused to acknowledge the volume of cars that are being broken into on a daily basis. Several of my colleagues cars have been done. The car park is not covered with CCTV on the parking levels. Be aware leave nothing in you vehicle, this car park is systematically being done!!!!!!

Absolute Rip off and daylight robbery. Its not London for god sake. Needs to be reviewed and stopped

Easy to access off the expressway but ridiculously expensive, if going into that part of city centre i'd use dale end NCP instead just around the corner. Tired & run down. Best avoid unless desperate.

This is by far the worst car park that I have had the misfortune to use. The lift area always smells of weed. Usually only 1 left works. It is dingy and intimidating. There are often gangs of young me who congregate at the very top of the stairs at the 7th floor. Horrible.

Multi story covered carpark, but close parking to other cars. The carpark is central to the CBD, easy to find and exit the city. £4 all day on Sunday...What's not to like?Fantastic deal, highly recommend this carpark for a Sunday day trip.

Unbelievably expensive £14 for less than 3hrs. Won't use it again unless I have to

Central location and cheap on weekend. car park isn't the most modern or cleanest but secure place to leave car.
