North Bondgate

Excellent car park, staff are very friendly.

How long does it take to repair the second of two pay machines in the Bondgate car park this machine has been out of action for weeks possibly months very inconvenient when you discover it is still broken and you have to walk in the pouring rain to pay your parking fee at the other machine. Please get it sorted.

This car park is a joke. Parking in here is one of the only options for all day parking available as the Newgate Centre parking closes at 6pm. As a member of staff who works in Bishop trying to keep this town actually open when so many shops are closing round us. A staff parking scheme or free parking for local staff should be available as currently this is pathetic. Get it fixed, get more patrons. This car park is at less than half capacity 90% of the time, how about putting that space to use and doing something good for the town?

Great town centre carpark. Very cheap too. Lovely views across the hills from the carpark.

I would not rate this car park. To lose a ticket and be charged £10 is an utter joke in my opinion. Accidents happen and we should be given a fair chance. I clearly entered the car park therefore I should just pay for my time there- otherwise I wouldn’t have been given a ticket in the first place. Please lower this charge as it is absolutely appalling. In fact it’s appalling you should have to pay to park in Bishop Auckland in the first place- not like there’s much there anyway! Will not be using again. Throroughly dissappointed.

Parked here on a Tuesday morning, just a short walk to the shops from here.
