Abusive staff who bully disabled people and enjoy their pain that they can not park, or walk, management is rubbish, doesn't care

utterly disgusting that there no spaces for disabled and they also fine you!

It’s obvious that staff park in the disabled car park close to out patient’s entrance. Whatever ever time you arrive the same cars parked

18 March 2.15pm que at entrance would no lift to let cars in ,a employee turned up to let cars in no ticket given so could not pay on leaving what shamble

I have to admit it is poorly laid out. Difficult to see if or where there are spaces and a long que in front moving very slowly hunting for the same empty space or someone to move out after the car in front has passed it! Hopefully with all the building works they have allowed for a bigger and better car park.

Absolutely awful! Charged me £4.20 to not be able to get a space. Attendant was useless, guy in office miserable and useless. No refund, and no disabled spaces. Whoever is in charge of this site should be sacked. Your ruining people who are sick lives, making people late to appointments and offering something that you cannot deliver…. Parking! The site is confusing, poorly planned and honestly I don’t know how you go to sleep at night knowing people are missing their life saving appointments due to negligence from your awful company.
