Got a PCN yesterday for parking on Sep 1st. I have a receipt for my payment and have appealed to Parkingeye. Very stressful.

Took a friend to RUH, paid at the machine by the door on the way out. A week later I have a notice to pay £80. I have never had a ticket in my life before and am very upset. How is this happening?

It is stressful attending A & E without having to deal with a machine that has tiny buttons which have worn out lettering. I didd manage to enter my car registration correctly. I paid £2.00 on arrival and another £3.00 on departure. I could not find any other option: The machine should be able to calculate the correct fee without my help.

I took my husband to hospital for an appointment I was parked for 15 minutes but although 20 minutes is free I paid £2 and got a receipt. I picked him up at 3.00pm I parked and collected him from the entrance to the hospital another 15 minutes and I paid £2 and got a receipt. 10 days later I received a parking charge of £80 for parking for 10 hours. Luckily I had kept the receipts. I have today written to the company with copies of the receipts asking for the charge to be cancelled. Be aware and keep your receipts.

Parking machines not working yesterday evening. Spent 20 mins trying to find a working one... no luck, so removed my car. No one on phone to help.

Unfortunately in the aftermath of having a baby we did leave the hospital and forgot to pay for parking. I have since called the hospital to explain this to which I was told to contact Parking Eye. I have spend the last hour trying to do this with no luck. Unless you have a parking ticket, apparently it is impossible to find a Contact number. I have since decided to pay for 24 hours from now via the app in the hope that if we do get a ticket, we can explain that although it's for the wrong date, we have indeed paid the required daily fee. I think the service needs to be updated so that you can actually speak to someone at parking eye and resolve this type of issue.

Ticket machines not working properly Google pay not working karma doesn't accept klarna credit cards. Said I had until midnight to pay so I thought great I'll pay when I get home. The option to pay was removed by the time I got home. Clearly just out to make money buy tripping people up.

No stars from me Rubbish parking machines that do not tell you if you have paid if not. No parking attendants around to help you with the machines not working.

Any of the parking machined were working on 27/02/2022. It didn't accept cash and card. After some time find a employee of Parking Eye collecting the money and I have approach him to pay the park, he told me for don't worry, since the machines aren't working he would make a note of my vehicle and put like the car have pay the parking all day. But this week, I receive a ticket. I will appeal 100%.

Received a fine for visiting my mother for her last few hours of life. No contact just a debt collection letter with an inflation fee of £150. Difficult to contact.

I parked for 52 mins the other week and paid £3 For 2 hours as i wasn't 100% sure if I'd been just over an hour which would have been £2. I have now received a fine for £80! I have my ticket as proof thankfully. Not sure why i have received a fine. I will not be paying it !

After driving around for ten minutes trying to find a disabled parking space I registered my badge with reception. 22 days later I received a parking fine of £80! This carpark is not only inadequate but totally inefficient too. The system does not work!

Paid for 3 hrs used 1hr 24 mins got parking charge £80 sent .. they need to address this , especially as people are usually distressed at and after hospital visits

Why oh why did they make the buttons very small not lit up well enough and very low you need a chair to sit on for that level I have good eyesight and still find it difficult who designed that for a hospital ?

Paid with cash so conveniently no evidence but have today received a parking ticket for £80. What a con!

Parked in a blue badge space, and registered thr blue badge at reception. 2 weeks later receive an £80 pcn. RUH parking office tell me my car registration and blue badge is registered and on the system, so why have I received a pcn from ParkingEye? Don't the hospital pass blue badge holders parking permits onto Parking Eye? This is beyond disgraceful for disabled to be treated like this at a hospital car park.

This machine is not easy to use , didgets for numbers and the alphabet so small, does no one read our comment??? Not very well explain which button to press?

Difficult to pay using the machine. I paid with dredit card, but it didn't charge correct fee and am unable to find a telephone number that I can contact Parking Eye on to query.

The parking machine is difficult to use. Too low buttons too small to input car registration . Ask some to press certain buttons none of which are named . I paid with a credit card and it would only allow me to pay for one fee . One is anxious enough going to hospital without this added stress. We have been encouraged to go cashless in many places one can simply tap on with card..I am going again soon perhaps this machine can be explained
