Only plus is convenience to Lees Cliff Hall. Passage ways stank of urine. It was an absolute nightmare trying to pay for parking afterwards. There were rumours from the front of the queue that the machine wasn't taking cards so the queue moved to the machine on the other side of the carpark. Then that had the same problem. Then the app that was advertised wouldn't accept my debit card (the man in the queue behind me had previously had the same problem). Many people left in frustration without paying at all. To put it in perspective, I drove home to Ashford in much less time than it had taken to pay for the parking.

The only plus is that it is convenient for the Leas Cliff Halls. It is NOT free after 6pm (as incorrectly published on your website). On 26th June after a sold-out show at Leas Cliff Hall one of the payment stations was out of order and it took ONE HOUR to queue to access the payment machine. I left the car park at 23.15. My friend had a blue badge so no payment was required. What was the point of having to queue for the machine? Also, no phone reception so you have to go up to street level to connect. The Ringo number on the side of the machine is not recognised. If you're not using Ringo any more please delete the displayed number. This experience spoiled what was, until then, a superb evening for many people. Not recommended.

Now ANPR although the barriers made it look closed. Homeless people camp here and it smells of wee. Hate leaving my car here but it’s convenient for leas cliff hall events.

Great locality and excellent prices compared to extortionate beach car park prices.

No obvious signs saying car park closes. We travelled over an hour to support a charity event only to find our car locked in at the end of the night. Now faced with a long round trip to collect the following day. Not impressed! Better signage needed!! :-(

Shame the notice that tells you it closes at 9pm is so small and not on the left hand side as you drive in.also no information on when its open in the morning. I'm sure all the locals know this! but no good for anyone else.

I guess this carpark would have been wonderful, except there were no pay and display machines with which to pay and display!

how ridiculous to have a car park supposedly for an entertainment venue that closes at 9!!! Useless...shows always go on longer than that!

Got locked out - apparently it is locked up at 9pm. Went back in the morning and saw very small sign at exit (not on machine). Very annoying. Three separate couples in our party did the same. Nightmare if you're not local.

The best for the Leas Cliff Hall - exit at back of car park is a bit smelly, but comes out opposite the venue. Useful to know that the ticket carries over til next day if you are leaving the car overnight.
