I had my car windows smashed this week while parking. Apparently this happens regular now looking at the Google reviews - one to avoid.

Beware the car park gates lock at 9pm on Sundays. Unfortunately the sign which explains this is on the gate which is open, and therefore not noticeable, as you drive in. It's clearly visible when the gates are closed and locked and you have no way of retrieving your vehicle. Despite this they will let you pay for parking which expires after the gates have been locked, even though you won't be able to get your car out! Rubbish.

Im a native English speaker and the phone line couldnt recognise me speaking my registration plate number. No where to use notes or card, be warned, bring LOTS of change or use another car park if you have time!

motorcycles need to use location 37781 to pay through ringgo. can't pay cash and the advertised location number (37767) is for cars only, it gives an error when you try to pay for a bike.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We had our car broken into via keyless entry, I suspect someone jammed our key signal as we were leaving - early morning too! The scum stole a number of belongings from the car and pretty much ruined our weekend. Not ONE member of staff present to speak to. No manned office or anyone around whatsoever. No visible CCTV. Thieves paradise!!!Reported to Police but expecting nothing to come of it. An absolute hole of a car park - it only takes coins (no notes or card payment) so what can you expect from a car park stuck in the 70s! I denied my gut instinct and made a huge mistake. Go and park your car on some wasteland somewhere, it will probably be safer.

Machines only take coins so definitely download the app beforehand as its so much easier! Parking is usually plentiful on weekdays.

I found it impossible to use the pay by mobile. I tried at least a dozen times and I think my English is fairly clear and well modulated. You will need to carry plenty of change as this is the only option.

Easy access off the expressway right next to station & quick walk into the shopping areas. You won't find a cheaper car park for safe multi storeys. Easy to pay via the app. Only downside is limited parking after 10am you'll be on the top floor.

Great place to park at weekend - cheaper than bullring carparks and right next to tram / shops

Strange saggy floor that made me wonder about its safety but I'm sure it must be OK. No spaces last time I tried though. Well lit, well maintained.

To elaborate that is card payments using the phone number shown on the parking signs and using the parking location code. You can register to pay by card for all future visits. So much easier than wasting parking time if you don't have change. You can then get a text reminder when parking due to expire and top up. Simples!!

Easy to find.wide parking spaces . Does not accept card payment or banknotes. I was there over 6 hrs so needed £10.80 in coins loose change.Luckily across the road there is a newsagent who was able to give me change.

best carpark for weekends :) clean close to the shops best price

The top floor pay machine was not working at the time. To park here for more than a few hours you need plenty of change, or you'll have to use the parking by text service. Not sure how safe the cars are if left overnight.
