Parked here for the best part of 30 minutes.. over THREE POUNDS? Oh well at least I can claim it back through work. I read the bad reviews & ignored them, bad choice. On my return to the car park I chose a different staircase to make my way to the first floor. There was no sign or warning that this stairwell infact belongs and is inhabited by people. Three people to be exact, one completely unresponsive, all blocking the stairs. A bag of spice openly on display on the steps lol. I asked them to move and one did, he also apologised, I had to just dodge by the one whom was asleep. Overall 0/10 won’t be back. Oh and it took me about 5 minutes to get the machine to eat my ticket so I could leave!!!!

Stair case is disgusting and smells like a urinal. As a lone female I felt unsafe. The First floor wasn’t well lit. There was no carpark attendant. Lots of routes in and out, so could imagine it’s attractive to the opportunist their. I would expect the car park to be kept in better condition for the price.

No wonder NCP owner owns a massive yacht....extortionate parking charges

Further to the review below, my car window was smashed and broken into in this car park yesterday (20th March 2018), along with another one a few metres away. Both were in the middle of the day in well-lit areas with no possessions on show. Six cars were apparently broken into on Saturday. Police and NCP said they were unable to watch the limited CCTV footage they had to try and find the culprit(s). Complete negligence.Simon MalpassLocal Guide · 10 reviews · 3 photosDo not use this carpark as it regular targeted by car thieves, over the last 4 weeks I know of at least 7 cars have been broken into when staying at the Holiday inn over night, there is only attendants there at random times of the day.Update 17/03 another 2 cars broken into this week. NCP sort this out.

Ridiculous prices. Be warned - folk at other end of "assistance" button are in Manchester with no access to CCTV. Card payments weren't working, really poor response when asked for help. Avoid.

Every week cars are broken into whilst parked in this car park. Windows smashed and contents stolen. No security here, CCTV only looks at pay stations. Don't park here, it's really not worth it.

What a rip-off! Am not from Leicester and was shocked to be charged £10 for the privelege of meeting family for a meal in Leicester. For that money I could have taken a taxi. The car park and the stairwells / surroundings are not up to scratch. Won't visit again in a hurry.

Have used this car park many times in the past. Was horrified to see the current charges, when using it recently. Too late to rethink - so made sure I didn't go over 2 hours - which cost me £6.50....!! Total rip off. Will avoid this Car Park from now on. NOT Recommended.
