Blue Badge Holders - Parking in Off Street Car Parks

Whilst displaying a valid blue badge and clock showing your time of arrival in your vehicle, you may park for 3 hours in Burnley Borough Council's car parks for free. If you plan to stay for longer than 3 hours you must purchase a ticket for the additional time required, and set your clock to the expiry of your pay and display ticket.

Motorcycle Parking

Motorcycles can park on any Council owned pay and display car park free of charge.
