I'd give it '0' if possible. Blatant, disgusting discrimination against disabled folk who cannot race round the shops. Like many others here I will never shop there again! Each of these stores has other branches where there is no discrimination against disabled people. I am taking legal advice about the time limit imposed here as I believe it is in breach of legislation. Take note B&M, Curry's, Halfords etc

Took my mum to b&m to shop .she is 82 so very slow walking Got fine for 18 minutes over .joke. lost a customer never going there again

My boyfriend & I went to Curry’s on Saturday 29/01/22 at midday we purchased a TV & washing machine, the shop was quite busy so was in there for a while (1hr 50 mins) we too got stung for a £100 parking fine which was issued on 4/02/22 but not received before we went away on 10/02/22 so nice surprise when we got home on 17/02/22 just in time to pay the reduced amount of £60, shame on curry’s staff for not pointing out the car park timings as although it is clearly displayed never gave it a thought as you should at least be given time to browse before you buy such important items, 1hr 15 not long enough, we too will now be boycotting Stone Lake Retail Park

Like many comments on here. Stung for a parking fee for for being 16mins over the allocated stay. But surprised to realise that you are only allowed 75mins!!! Oh well the shops will now lose our custom because I can’t guarantee my shopping would be completed on time. Over to you B&M, Halfords, Curry’s etc

Avoid this place. I have just received a £100 penalty for overstaying 30 minutes. I can pay £60 if in 14 days. I went to buy furniture so the whole process took under 2 hours. Never realised there is a max time of 75 min. It would be helpful if shop staff has mentioned something as organising purchase and delivery took quite a lot of time. Will not be shopping in there ever again.

This retail park is a joke how you gonna send me a silly bill for parking that is always empty like what the hell after all that money I spend in these shops never gain would they see my car there rubbish ( this 1⭐ it's only to send the review because truly you deserve 00000)

I am an international visitor, and I too received a surprise Parking Ticket... £100 reduced to £60 in 1st 14 days. I visited in 2022 new year, at night, and I saw no signage limiting the MAX parking time. No indication was given within the shops either. I suppose its not in either interest to limit their customer's visits... BUT it seems that many visitors say they will NOT return. I paid the ticket, as I am now out of the country again... but if I have to visit again, then I have read the other reviews and know what to do!. thanks.

How they can still be getting away with this 75 limit is beyond me! Spending money and time in the shops is surely what they want/need from customers?! Got a £60 fine (£100 if not paid within the 14 days) and WILL NOT be paying. Good information about appealing this online. Spent over £300 in B&M but WILL NOT be shopping here again.

I would give it a 0 if possible. I was in B&M Charlton and the shop was very busy, had to change an item in trolley so had to queue up twice. I was there around 1-hour 30 minutes overall. Didn't think anything of the time because every retail car park I go in is a minimum of 2-3 hours so was really surprised when I received a £100 parking charge letter from Premier Parking, which I received a week after their issue date....? Blooming ridiculous and daylight robbery, the company should be ashamed. I am thoroughly disgusted that they are allowed to just allow 75 minutes in a retail park. I don't think I will be spending anymore time shopping there.

Shambles - received a car parking ticket today which I will contest! No clear signs. Clearly a money making scheme! If you are shopping why on earth would you be given a £100 Ticket.

Unscrupulous company ... I received a fine due to driving in at 5pm, leaving straight away due to the giant queue outside at B&M (due to covid social distancing), I returned much later and was in and out in 15 mins. . Apparently the camera system didn’t detect me leaving the first time.. and so it looked like I arrived at 5pm and left at 8pm. What the hell are they playing at! Due to me being NHS staff they dropped the charge, but insisted I was in the wrong. Seems like we are powerless to do anything about companies like this.

Would give zero if possible, with the ques extra long with the social distances being Enforced. Times to get in and shop are extra long. Visited and was over stayed not even seeing the time limit, due to going to both B&M and Food Whearhouse I over stayed by 30 min and got a ticket. Disgusting behaviour by the company at these times. Absolutely disgusting, they should be ashamed of themselves as they know people are having to que to get essentials.

Parked and went to Food warehouse, B&M and then curry's didn't realise that there was a 75 minute limit, and got a parking ticket. will NOT be shopping there again.

The only reason i gave 1 star is because i can't give a zero Avoid this carpark like the plage. I visited it for one hour thirtu eight minutes, visited only three of the shops and recived a parking fine of £100, No other retail park in charlton is onlt 75 min all the rest range from 2 to 5 hours, No wonder the carpark was so empty, I will never shop there again .

I was there for one hour twenty minutes and have received a parking charge notice for £100. Premier are knowingly deceiving the public to obtain money. This is fraud and I will be reporting this scam to Exeter police.

I would not give this car park 1 star its a complete rip off and surely against consumer law. All other car parks have a minimum 2 hours allocated time and if you go over 1.15 mnutes you get a fine. Robbing Bastards.

Disgusted son in army was on leave took me there to shop im a blue badge holder cant walk fast went to Iceland BM then to Currys as he needed a computer. Today recieved a penalty notice £60 within days after that £100. totally disgusted have appealed but wont be shopping there again pitty poor shops will be closing down soon. Got a £100.00 fine for being there1.48mins. Was shopping at stores and looking for a sofa.Im challenging this as i was oblivious to any time restrictions as i didnt notice anysigns.I wont go there again!!!Bastards

Parked In a disabled bay with my mother who has blue badhes these were clearly displayed. Went into b and m and then drove her to the other side to iceland food warehouse. No signs saying about the time limit and got a fine in the post. I have appealed against it. What a rip off

If I could give No stars I would, We just got a parking fine letter saying we had exceeded parking times as stated on singnage in the car park - WHAT SIGNAGE????? So I went to Halford to buy some gadgets. I spent well over £300. A few days after, I got a letter saying I have to pay a fine of £60 within two weeks for parking wrongly, but without any photographic evidence. The only evidence I got showed my car going in and leaving the retail park. No any that showed my wrongly parked. So I messaged asking for photographic evidence for this. They replied now saying I had overstayed for 31mins. But when I calculated how long I was there according to the photographic evidence, I was only there a total of 1hr46mins15secs. These people are thieves and they will stop at nothing to rip you off. There was no clear sign that says you have up to 75mins free. I will definitely not pay. I have better things to do with money than invest con artists. This is simply wrong on every level!!!! I wish I knew where their office is located. Crazy basterds.

Just got a parking fee now which is very upsetting especially having spent so much for Christmas!I can't see any sign that says you can only park for 75 mins.I parked for1hr 46mins !!. Will appeal it ,I don't know if they can wave it for me☹️☹️☹️

Received parking fine for staying too long whilst having halfords fit a radio to my car but Halfords said it will get cancelled. The parking times are stupid

75 minutes in a retail park??? Really??? And then a week later you get a fine of 60£. Definately going back to speak to a manager of Currys as not going to pay someone for parking my car while spending money on appliances I needed!

75 minutes parking. If you are shopping for furniture or electrical items you could just go over this. I did by 10 minutes.Got a parking invoice in the post, no intention of paying it. I would only pay a council/police Fine not a private parking invoice..Contact the management of the store you are shopping with and they add your number plate to their system for the day, stay as long as you want.Or after receiving a ticket go back to the store you were shopping in and have them deal with the ticket for you. They have it cancelled and you receive a £15 cancellation (piss takers) fee from the parking ******s. The store will then refund your £15. Not sure if every store does this but some refund the £15. Don't even bother contacting the parking company they only want to issue threats and demand payment..

I successfully challenged my PCN for this car park - I adapted the template appeal letter found on Parking Cowboys website and attached it as a document on Premier Parking's appeals website. I also got the manager from Curry's to email them which he was more than happy to do. I was prepared to appeal to POPLA and even go to court over this PCN as they do not have the correct signage up if you look at British Parking Association's rules. Don't let these guys fleece you! Daylight robbery pure and simple!

Always parked in this car park never got A PCN a week later what arrives a PCN staying you only get 75mins pathetic this is a shopping retail complex many shops you have to queue I didn't even know just another con and making money out of shoppers good shops to visit won't be getting my custom no more criminal and disgusting parking 75 mins never been heard off can appeal it not worth the effort on writing an appeal coz they still want your money even though I sent them from the internet free parking for 2 hours which funnily enough they have now removed one big con be careful everyone.

Hello I have a disabled mum who uses a mobility scooter witch I have to build and take apart to put in my boot the time in shops then get a parking ticket a week later will never go there again seven minutes over the time did not see the sigh

Avoid this retail park at all cost especially if you have children they send you to PCN to pay £60 for parking less than 2 hours. I went to try and buy car seat for my son and I got a ticket a week after. Please spread the word, the retail park is ridiculous with no warnings what so ever.

I've just received a 1st reminder parking charge notice through the post and being told that I must pay £100. I haven't even received the initial notice. I'm going to definitely challenge this PCN! I'm not going to part with my hard earned money without putting up a fight!!!

Ridiculous car park that only gives 75 mins parking, sign are not clear. Customers come her to shop for carpets, furniture etc. Unless you know what you're buying AVOID going to this retail park, money making car park.

Ridiculously short free parking time given the stores at this retail park. 75 minutes before you are slapped with a £100 parking charge notice. A CLEAR ATTEMPT AT DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Beware it is a 75 minutes restriction car park. That is not enough for an industrial estate. Camera clocks you in and out. And the sign is NOT clear enough. And suppose you don't want to shop in PC world? Is there allowance for other shops?

There are always spare places, nothing more special. Looks a bit deserted as well as stores are usually almost empty
