Talbot Green Shopping Centre

Just been shopping with two babies it’s impossible to get a mother and toddler space as there are very few of them. Trying to get two babies in their car seats was a fail. I had to pull out hold the traffic up to get my babies their their seats. Not on!!!!

I had a ticket whilst in the job centre, I couldn’t do it online so had no option but to go to the job centre, I’m new to the area and disabled! I displayed my blue badge and thought nothing of it, I couldn’t leave I was online and had a time limit to do it, I explained to the company and they said they would look into it but now I’m threatened with court action, Absolutely disgusting treatment I can’t walk far and suffer with depression. I don’t want to open my door for fear it’s bailiffs!!

Do not use this carpark, you are likely to get a £160 fine. Did not see any sign saying it was a 30 mins stay. Went to the vets there to do a job and got a fine, absolutely disgusting that this London firm are watching a camera and sending out these scandalous fines. There goes my days wages. There should be clear signs

How can you get a ticket for parking correctly. Has anyone not paid it.

Ive received two £160 fines 7 days apart with no prior contact, like every one else they are dated back to 2019. The website says that it's 4 hrs free parking. How can 30 mins be enough time to go around all the shops there anyway, ridiculous

No sign to say time limit of parking, to have now received a parking charge of £160 from 2018 with a debt collection agency!! How is this lawful?! Disgusting scammers who will encourage people to shop elsewhere! Stay away people!

There was no sign to state the max stay is 30 minutes. They don’t send a £160 fine the first time you park there, they wait a few years then send you loads of fines at once.

I didn't even park and got a ticket! Just drove around to find a space, there wasn't one available, stopped on the yellow hatched area to check before driving off. All in 90secs, what an absolute abysmal joke

I am disgusted! £160 for being a few minutes over the 4 hour limit! Why do they have a time limit in the first place. There isn't anywhere else nearby to go to.I won't be visiting again, and neither will my friends or family!!

I have just received I parking charges notice stating I exceeded my permitted stay. If i'd have seen a sign that said max stay 30 mins i wouldn't have parked there or I would have told my husband to move the car.

Disappointed I got a parking ticket from Smart Parking con artists, I meet a lot of my clients in Costa, I work in the third sector and many of my clients are vulnerable and need extra time with me. The signage needs revising I don't mind paying if it stops me getting fined if I go over time. It would be fairer to have the choice rather than be slapped in the face with a very unfair fine, as I was only doing MH job that has very unpredictable time restraints. Wise up Smart Parking you need to revise your rules and your name.

I also think it's discusting my friends were parked next to me and stayed the same time and I'm the only one that received a fine con artists

I didn't see any signs stating that there was a 30 minute maximum stay at this car park. In fact, I deliberately parked here to avoid the 1 hour maximun stay parking spaces located on the road (just incase my dentist appointment ran over). I have today received a £60 fine for being inside the car park for 40 minutes. Disgusting.

Watch how long you stay here, overzealous on the attempting fines. Make a note of your exact arrival, not from when you park, but the second your car crosses the entrance, as that is when your photo is taken and the 30 minutes starts, even if you are waiting for a space for 15 minutes.
