Sign outside says there are spaces, drive around in there and no spaces at all - drive out again along with everyone else. No one to speak to at the location, had to download a QR code and eventually get told if you are driving round looking for a space for longer than 10 minutes you must pay - this is when you haven’t even parked and are stuck in there behind other people also looking for spaces that don’t exist. Disgraceful don’t care attitude - avoid this place and park somewhere else.

Just been to park. Car park was closed off even tho it took out money in advance please be aware even tho you have paid on line you still might not get in theses car park . Addentant was very rude as well as we asked him for a refund

There where no checks for spare spaces when we parked on boxing day for the local panto. It was busy, but they just let people drive in and round and out. It took forever (at least 30 mins) and all we could do was drive out , eventually, and park elsewhere. No staff on duty stopping people coming in. So badly organised. I put this review on now as it's taken all this time to get a response to an email complaint. And the response was just pointing me elsewhere and did not address the issue. Overall...as bad as it could be.

I received a PCN for a parking session that I had validated, but there was a glitch whereby the arrival date was recorded as year 0001, and the departure date was recorded as 0000 (earlier than the arrival), which I had no way of capturing as this wasn't displayed until after the parking session, and the appeal was still declined. It is my view that I acted accordingly, and had no opportunity to catch the parking provider's error. Tl;dr, they've sent me a PCN for their own error.

Paid for parking today at 2hrs 58 minutes for £7. But failed several times using my husband and my own bank cards. Both machines were at fault, not just with us but other people too. By the time managed to pay via the app, it was several minutes over so we ended up paying an extra £2 ! Not happy at all! This was around 7:20pm on a Sunday.

Said I'd ran out of time to pay yet payment has been took as well as payment done then made disgusting!!!

This was very confusing. We paid on the app at the end of a theatre performance using the 'theatre' tariff bur=t received a penalty. This has been cancelled as a 'gesture of goodwill' but it was far from clear that we were in fact paying for parking that STARTED at 10.30 pm rather than for the preceding 3-4 hours.

Great car park in centre of Birmingham. You can use the Glide Parking app and set up auto payment to pay without using the pay machines in this car park. Glide uses ANPR to work out the charge based on your entry and exit times. Very convenient.

Have only parked during day time but have not had any issues so far. Easy to pay (after, rather than having to guess how long we will be) but definitely a bit on the expensive side. Still, far better than parking on any surrounding streets.

No signage as you pull into this car park, no one to talk to. Phones aren’t working due to COVID. Very angry with this car park. I pulled in tried to find parking charges, had to go down several floors before finding them, would never normally enter this car park but was late for an appointment and other car parks were closed. I thought I found someone who worked here, in a high vis, but didn’t. Went back to my car and almost out of the car park. Tried to ring the number on signage but you can’t speak to anyone. Very upsetting. Disgraceful

Decieving! No barriers and no signage for payment! £100 charge!!!

My friend and I were mugged in this car park. There is no attendant at the car park in the night and very insecure.

Can't pre pay for ticket. Very long queues at the machine. Car park has very bad signage. Difficult to get out. Very poor car park.

Mar 22, 2017

Having used this car park many times for theatre trips the option to pre purchase is no longer available new high tech payment machines can't offer a simple flat rate option - meaning a long wait after a show it's the 21st century come on Arcadian get it sorted bad reviews will continue

The car park itself is secure and central. Good space and feels safe. But however there are two machines to pay which at busy times results in very long queues. At 10:45pm after a gig we queued for 30mins just to pay to get out. Really poor planning. Will avoid until this is remedied.

Mar 8, 2017

Hundreds of people queuing last night. I waited from 2215 to 2300 just to pay. Appalling. Never again. Avoid like the plague.

Mar 8, 2017

New number recognition parking, with lots of people exiting at same time there are not enough payment machines, the queues were horrendous last night. Used to be a great car park but but wouldn't recommend with this new system.

Very good car park, close to the City Center so useful so useful for the hippodrome and bullring!

Jun 29, 2014

IMO the best car park in the city centre. Secure, well lit, covered, good sized parking spaces. Always plenty of spaces on the lower level. Cameras and good personal safety. A little outside the central shopping area, but only a 5 min walk through the Bull Ring. Well sited for restaurants, China Town, bars and Hippodrome theatre

Very safe and secure, well lit and cameras, a safe place for your car!
