Went to car park on a Sunday very few cars about. Not clear what charge was for a Sunday. Went on the website which said nil charge. Meter at floor level was broken so could not double check stairs were disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Not made clear free for blue badge holders, got fine for 10minute stay . Filthy smelly lift . Won’t use again

Did not even go in to the car park, I just pulled of the road in to the loading bay underneath the car park, didn’t get out of the car and I was there for 17 minutes. Had a parking fine for £60

AVOID this car park. I've received a fine for being dropped off in the car park, the driver didn't even stay. Having just read the other reviews on here I can see this happens often and that even if we had planned to stay we might have been fined on our way to the machine. Disgusting.

DONT PARK HERE - The machine only accepts cash and does not issue a receipt and then you get landed with a £100 charge when they claim you have not paid.

I did not see any option to pay by phone or any other means than cash. They do not give receipts for payment.

Would prefer no stars! 81 years of age. No CCTV in evidence and no notices advising that they were photographing me and my car. I parked my car. Observed the run down condition of the lot and the absence of any cars except two. Used filthy, smelly lift down to ground floor. Paid at their machine that only accepts cash, and was not issued a receipt. Is this legal? I do not think so! Received letter demanding £60 as Smartparking assert that I did not pay to park. The nerve! Takes them more than seven days to respond, and yet they have the nerve to give a 14 day period to pay up, or litigation! Disgusting, reprehensible organisation. was advised by a retailer that the foyer and lifts are used by rough sleepers. I feel for them! AVOID

They need to make it clear that if you have a blue badge you need to pay I tried to appeal and got refused and now have to pay a fine

These people are robbing the disabled, who mostly are pensioners, and should have the decency to allow appeals when a blue badge can be submitted. Shame on the owners.

I stayed for 10 mins and 20 seconds (give or take) and have been given a ticket even after explaining that it is not clear it is cash only on arriving to the car park. This should be made clear when driving on to the car park not once you've unloaded the car of children, waiting for the lift and then got to the pay station. No wonder it was fairly empty!

Absolutely disgusting service got given a ticket on a Sunday after leaving my car for 8 mins when non of your machines worked ...you people should be ashamed

Got 3 parking tickets costing us £300 basically for using my mums disability badge to go to boots to pick up her medication. Absolutely disgusting make it obvious you have to also pay when being disabled.
