I have used this car park for many years but never again. I had started to type in my reg no. but momentarily Couldn't remember it. I looked away to check my car and when I returned to the machine the screen gad gone blank. I tried to start the process again but the machine wouldn't let me retype my number I tried again and the same thing happened again but I was instructed to make my payment. I did this and was issued with a ticket which I displayed in my car. 2 weeks later I was fined and my appeal refused even though I still had the ticket as proof.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Never use this company!!!

yet another ripped off blue badge driver, parked as per signage, still got a PCN through the post, their T&Cs make no mention of blue badge parking, shame on you

This car park is a joke!!! I am a disabled driver and my car is listed disabled with the DVLA and it also says on the notice an extra hour free if disabled (no old sign) absolutely fuming, we do right and yet a waste of space of a company can do this and make money out of people and you appeal and they laugh it off, and send proof and there not interested.. customer service is awful

I arrived just before 18:00 (17:51) and the overnight fee starts at 18:00 and only applies if you arrive after 18:00 although I thought I paid for 1 hr and overnight, it charges daytime rates in the evening so ended up with a £60 fine for visiting the theatre. I will never use this car park again.

No stars. Got a ticket for my bike in designated m/c area. No mention of motorcycle charging, why provide a specific bay? More parking cons. Grumpy and will appeal. Even had to put one star just to add my review, whatever next

I paid for parking on the app. Unfortunately in bad light it defaulted to my old car registration. I got a £100 parking charge. I appealed providing copies of the payment I had made and the app showing the two vehicle registrations involved. They rejected it saying that the ticket had been issued correctly and (1) if I appealed to the governing body I would be unable to get the cheaper rate for early settlement and (2) if I paid the fine then I can’t complain. Clearly you can’t win! Napier parking are a money making venture who clearly don’t know what customer service is so I shall endeavour never to park on any car parks owned or operated by them again and I would encourage any other potential customers to do likewise

Another disabled person fined for “overstay”. I suffered a debilitating asthma attack as I arrived in the carpark. After taking my medication, I was well enough to get out my car 30 mins later and go into town. Until that point I was unsure if I was going to be able to go into the shops at all. Purchased a ticket before I left the car. After franklins, I was too tired so went back to the car, leaving the carpark before my ticket expired. Disgusting discriminatory behaviour!

Parked motorcycle in bay marked M/C for 15 mins. which means it is designated for mobiles and therefore free. Been told by attendant three months before that it was free if I parked bike in designated bay.No notice of any change in rules. Got £90 fine. Am fighting it. They are oppressive, unfair, bullies and should definitely lose their franchise.

Would give minus stars if I could.Parked in the motorbike bay,to work in the MIND charity shop for a couple hours as a volunteer.Have parked there years with no problems.Then I receive not one but TWO parking tickets in the post within a week..No mention of motorbikes having to pay on their boards.Disgusting and sneaky behaviour!

Parked here with a ticket realised the show was going to go over the time so put a ticket on during intermission and still got a ticket

Charged £90 for going over 10 mins in a disability bay - I thought you got more time if disabled but paid the same. Heartless does not cover it! Outrageous

Heartless operators, no compassion. Fined £90 for going 10 mins over purchased time. Couldn’t leave patient to prevent fatality. Apparently I should have left them to put more money on ticket??!!! What is the cost of preventing suicide? Apparently £90!!!
