No Road signage. Got led on a merry trip round Gateshead just trying to find the entrance. Then maybe tell people which direction to go on the way out. Going right is Newcastle only. See how easy that was.

Fabulously easy to use. I have a permit so it recognises my car on entry and leaving. I don't have to do anything. It did Ave teething problems but works well for me. If using the torch screen it is hard to see in the sunlight and not user friendly with the touch. Much easier if not with a permit to use by tapping your card on exit.

I've been using this car park for my Margate visits for years now. I'll be honest, i was disappointed when they first changed the parking system, as I use Ringo for most car parks I use so it was handy. But having set up the 'autopay' feature I've so far found that all works perfectly. It reads my numberplate as I enter, reads it again as I approach the exit & raises the bar without me doing anything. No faffing with machines before i get to the car, or fiddling to get my card out at the barrier..love it!

Car park in a useful position, but only gave it one star as barriers don’t allow you to leave, I found this quite frightening as I was alone and couldn’t get my call answered at the council. Three other cars tried to leave and found the same.

The new vehicle registration touch screen pay system does not work.....i have reported this twice and nothing has been done.Now someone has forced the barrier open....no doubt cos they got locked in the car park.Absolute joke....do not use.
