Victoria Centre

I visited 11/2/24. Parked in the open air entrance. I stayed just over 5 hours which was £13. Very expensive but I accept this. What was absolutely appalling was walking down the stairs to level 3 was not only the stench of urine but puddles of it all the way down the stairs. When you charge a premium rate the least you should expect is not to have to walk through that disgusting mess. It will e a very long time before I park there again. You may have made £13 today but I won’t use the car park again.

Too expensive if you go over 7 hrs you have to pay £16.50 I’m in town about 8 hours next time I think I’ll get a new ticket half way through and save money!!

shameful payments, we go shopping at the mall and we have to pay these very high prices for the parking lot, they should be ashamed of themselves.

To answer the last few comments. The car park is good it’s not their issue getting the cars out because Nottingham is busy not the car parks!!! The stairs are all near the lists and the lights are on. These people obviously don’t come into Nottingham very regularly.

Impossible to get out when busy. Took 90 minutes to get out. Insanity. Also not enough lifts and no stairs?! Only a couple of pay points on each level which is nowhere near enough and you have to walk so far to find them. Not enough signage for pedestrians to find their way out/to shops. Don't park here.

Tried to pay and card reader wouldn’t work. Advised by control to use another machine after first having to get my car park card back. By the time I had finished it had put me in the next band so. So their machine doesn’t work properly and you get charged more. Then the control room were less than helpful. Rubbish.

Went in after 5 on Saturday out before 8 supposed to be free would let me out so had to back up put ticket in machine it charged me £3-70 bloody rip off

Vincent what you on about "no stairs no lift"There are 4 lift not alwYs all working but they have stairs.

Not sure if the other guy went to the same car park? It hasn't changed much over the years but it isn't a bad car park. This is one of the cheapest and most convenient car parks in Nottingham. There are 4 lifts and stairs and it is right next to/under the Victoria shopping centre! Lighting always seems fine in there too. It's convenient as it is not smack in the middle of the City Centre so not as hard to get to as some are..

Extortionate Car Park Prices Parking after 4pm / Sunday is OK but beware the barrier token time does not match that on the barrier clock and you will get stung. If you enter before 4pm you will be charged FULL peak rates after 4pm. Poorly lit in huge areas. Poor Signage No stairs/lifts signposted Avoid like the plague.
