When as happened with me too the machines fail to take one's payment this car park permits you to drive out without paying so long as you later pay using the internet. All very fine but if coming back to your car within an hour of midnight your eventual payment might be treated as a down payment for parking the next day. You are not warned of this and you get no warning until the fine drops through your box. In my case it was all settled eventually but the forceful and frankly offensive nature of the letter advising of the fine is sufficient to make one try and keep usage of this company to a minimum. It could be so much better if they actually had real management.
Also, we have had half a dozen "penalty fine" notices for periods covered by a quarterly season ticket. Complaints receive only idiotically nonsensical responses, alternating differing explanations. Absolute chaos. DO NOT PAY THEIR FINES. Saturday used to be £1 and Sunday free, now £5 flat rate. You used to be able to get a quarterly season ticket, now without explanation that option is also withdrawn, except for businesses. WHY?

It cost me £10 to park on a Saturday not £2 as ere
