I've just called the number to pay for earlier today when I had to pull in to replace my sat nav, which had fallen off of my screen. There's no option to do a back payment, yet the parking notice said I could do this. I'm in my late 60s and never used these apps before. It's not easy to navigate. Please don't send me a parking charge for this morning as I've now paid and am not parking this evening. Please facilitate late payment options during the call, since the parking notice says that this is possible. Thank you

Parked at this car park in late May at 10pm for a few minutes to see the stone circle and pagoda . Just received a £50 fine. Absolutely ridiculous. The local council needs to do something about this.
