Wished I had read these reviews before entering this multi storey in husband’s Range Rover. Very convenient for Leeds Beckett Uni. Which is why ended up there but will be more careful in future. I don’t know how we made it to 14th floor ( first available space ) without wheels getting caught on the concrete kerbs or scraping the walls. I was having panic attacks by the end and had to take this space as couldn’t cope going up any further and spaces so tight had to climb out of rear passenger door! An absolute nightmare and didn’t know how I was going to get out. Fortunately I only had to go down two levels to exit via dual carriageway which was so fortunate. I was so frightened I visited the car park office to seek help . The worst experience. We watched a small golf get stuck turning to go down the ramp just before we left . Be warned .

Have parked here before ,good for arena and leeds Beckett, but its hell to get in spaces and and last time I had a car coming up on my left so turned to right before I was clear of the non visable wall at edges of ramp ended up with front wheel over it ,tyre flat and underneath car beached on wall! Luckily some fabulous people I was blocking in helped to lift the car off ,then later an angel who turned out to be a mechanic changed the tyre , never using this carpark again !

Hospital visiting for 5+ weeks so no alternative. Ramps so tight and narrow, blew a back tyre on level 14 coming down (small car, Corsa). Stressful to say the least. Judging by black marks on side of ramps I’m not the only one. Now have pathological fear of multi story carparks! Do not use this carpark!!

I believe thieves target this car park. According to the police there is only CCTV on the very top floor. There have been two thefts of our catalytic convertor. It has cost us £1200 in insurance excess, plus hire cars etc. When the AA man came to the first one he said - "there goes another" as a Toyota went past sounding like a tank. It's the only place I can usually park my car in because of the time I work. Like a fool I parked there again, and a few months later the same thing happened. I've seen a lad cycling up the car park, I'm sure he was on the look out. I'm now cycling in whenever I can. I would avoid this car park if you possibly can.

Car park should be rebranded as Mission Impossible because getting around it without scraping your car or scuffing an alloy really is an impossible mission. Unless you have a smart car, avoid at all costs.

Parked here last night, came back to multiple cars with windows smashed.

This car park is not worth parking in due to its stupid narrow entrances and exits. If you have a large car or even a saloon you almost won't make it back out. As you leave via the ramps you have to do the sharpest turn ever on each ramp. It's absolutely ridiculous and to make it better they put concrete slabs that slope at the edge of each ramp leaving you with just centimetres. This is by far the worst car park in Leeds to park in. There's also been loads of reports of car break ins so all in all its just not worth it.

Terrible. Went to an event at the arena last last. We returned to a grid locked car park. A58 exit closed to roadworks, we spoke to the workmen and it had been closed all week, no sign up by the car park. Absolute chaos, my husband and another lady had to get the cars to reverse and use another exit. It would have been easily avoided if a sign had been erected. Plus we used the app to pay and been charged double.

Wish I'd read these reviews before! Also had my back window smashed in while I parked here. Advertised as having CCTV but upon emailing to ask if there was any footage of the crime was informed that the CCTV only operates on the ticket machines and stair wells. Avoid this car park!!

Don't park here. Car stolen while at work. Staff at hospital use it and regular reports of broken windows and stolen cars following shifts.

The machine said my credit card payment was cancelled. I then used my debit card and it said it was cancelled. So I paid cash. Have just looked at my bank statement and both payments have been taken. So I have paid for parking 3 times and have spent my day’s earnings on parking.

Do not park here! Tight spaces, awful large speed bumps and nails were on the floor!

Great car park for location how ever charged twice at the machine as it cancelled my card the first time but still took money out, never printed a ticket so I presumed it had cancelled my transaction, but obviously not even though it said cancelled on the machine.

Especially good for long stay parking over a weekend.

My partner left his car here whilst he went to work and returned a few hours later to the back window on his car smashed. He looked all over to find the people who are meant to be ‘manning’ the car park whilst it’s open 24/7. He’s emailed and had no reply. Looking at other reviews, this isn’t the first time it’s happened and to say the car park is meant to be manned and have cctv. It’s a joke that they can call their car park safe. Avoid if you don’t want to chance a hefty bill.

My partner left his car here for three hours whilst he was working and came back to his car and both of his back car windows were smashed on return. For a car park which cost him £12 to park in you would expect better security. I would not recommend this car park to anyone! We have been left with £135 bill and after emailing them as per their request they have not replied. Awful customer service and awful car park. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Probably the cheapest car park in Leeds city centre for peak time parking. Downside it fills up quickly. Always managed to find a space eventually though.

Tried to park here but went up and down the whole car park and couldn't find a space so left. There was no sign at the entrance to say it was full or nearly full.

Good location for Arena and civic quarter, hospital and university. Does fill up during the day and is quite tight on the ramps.

Good car park to use when visiting LGI (slightly cheaper than the hospital multi-storey). Can pay by card which is a bonus when you don't know how long you are going to be!

Park here for work - never any problem getting a space. No problems with security. Turning circles quite tight so watch your paint work!
