This lot does not tell you what time they open. We went to a game and had to be there early to get in on the pre game festivities when we pulled up to the lot they were not open. Not knowing what to do we tried to get into a parking garage to no avail. We finally went back to Star parking lot and it was open. It would have been nice to know what time the lot opened.

After Cards game once in our car it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get out of lot. Did not know the problem other than no police present. Had purchased parking for next day and no problem getting out. Police were everywhere. Will not risk Sta parking again!

Machines are incredibly slow most days. On the morning of 12/3/14, I pressed the number 1 for the $2 daily parking and, when it asked for payment, I inserted my two 1 dollar bills; however, the machine still said that I owed $1. I inserted a third 1 dollar bill and still, nothing. NO TICKET, despite having paid $3. I ended up being late for work and having to pay another machine $2 for my parking display ticket. I called the Starr Lot number and they informed me they cannot do refunds and don't know what might be done to remedy the situation. They advise that I will have to wait for the lot manager to contact me in any case to see if there is anything that can be done at all. ---In the future, I can park at the closer $4 or $5 lot. Walk less distance and pay the same amount as I did here this morning. :-(
