I parked my car in this car park earlier this week, and my experience was nothing short of disastrous. When I returned to the car park in the evening, I discovered that my car had been stolen. Shockingly, the thief was able to exit the car park without providing proof of identity or any payment method. This glaring security oversight is unacceptable for a paid parking facility. Additionally, I found a suitcase on the staircase that had been forcefully opened, which added to my sense of unease. Despite contacting Wilson Car Park management, I received no assistance or explanation about how such a significant security breach could occur. Their lack of response and support has left me feeling extremely frustrated and unsafe. I have been parking here for the past year, but after this incident, I will no longer use this car park. I strongly urge others to reconsider parking here. Moreover, the facility itself is poorly maintained and inconvenient to use. The lift only stops on every second floor, need take stair

A good, affordable option in CBD. Tight turns & lift only goes to every second level. Love the flat rate & flexibility arrive anytime of day!

Door closed at 12am but no signage to show the other entrance in the back. Took us 10min to look arounf and almost missed the deadline.

Super convenient location, extremely cheap and lots of spots. A few tight turns and a steep entrance though so be warned of that if you've got a low car or big car
