Stansted Park and Fly Meet and Greet

A meet and greet service where your car will be collected from and brought back to the terminal.

Additional Information
You MUST call the car park on 0870 240 5524 between the hours of 0800-1800hrs the day before arrival to confirm your car and pick up details. If you are arriving over the weekend, you must call to confirm your booking details on the friday before. The car park operates from 0430hrs to 23.00. If your flight is delayed outside of these hours you will be met by the driver. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

Arrival Procedures
You MUST call the car park on 07905 420118 when you are 20 minutes from the airport. On arrival at the airport, proceed to the Red Zone arrivals area of the Short Stay Car Park, where the driver wil be waiting to greet you. Hand your confirmation and car keys to the driver and proceed to check in. PLEASE NOTE: Please remove all keys from your keyring other than the vehicle keys, Stansted Park and Fly do not accept responsibility for non vehicle keys.

Departure Procedures
After you have collected your luggage you MUST call 07905 420118 to confirm your arrival. Proceed to the Red Zone Arrivals area of the Short Stay Car Park, where the driver will be waiting with your car ready for collection.

Security
The car park has CCTV, Security Fencing and is manned 24hrs a day.

Transfers
Transfers are not required as you are met at the terminal.

Open
The car park operates from 0430hrs to 23.00. If your flight is delayed outside of these hours you will be met by the driver.

Directions
Exit the M11 at junction 8A if you are travelling from the North and exit at junction 8 if you are travelling from the South. Follow signs for Stansted Airport and the Short Stay Car Park.

Insurance
All drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars. You PARK at your own risk.
