unfortunately i can’t give zero stars but this carpark is run by people who will do ALL THEY CAN to try to scam you of your money. their parking is expensive as it is and their signs are not clear and do not tell you the gates will lock automatically - 2 hours after the carpark supposedly closes - leaving you with a penalty of £30 cash to get your car out. then there’s the fines for parking after closing hours. £60 for not having a valid parking session, when we had parked in an open carpark that was outside of the payment zones. like every other carpark in exeter we had expected this to mean we didn’t have to pay, but no, the scamming didn’t stop there. it’s a waste of space for a carpark and closer resembles a cesspit of snakes dying to get your money and capitalise on ambiguous signage. the sooner it goes, the better.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Paid for 12 hours in front of the parking attendant…because I couldn’t find the pay machine…and received a fine weeks later to say I hadn’t paid. Appealed and sent proof of payment and they still denied my appeal despite clear evidence of payment. Am now having to go through an ombudsman. Disgusting company with poor standards of communication. Scammers! Avoid at all costs!!!

Awful. When we arrived at the parking place my two adult passengers and I looked everywhere for a paying machine. There was only one inside the parking place but it did not receive coins or credit cards. As I don't have the app for it it was not possible to pay there. There was another one close to the exit that was not in use. The only option was another parking machine outside the parking place, next to the entrance, clearly named Isca Place. I had the app for it so I payed and thought that was it. We didn't see any sign informing drivers that it was another parking place. Days later I received a Parking Charge Notice. My appeal was rejected because they say the machine outside is a for another parking place, curiously also named Isca Place. Exeter Council should take a look at this parking place.

Terrible. Worst car park experience in my life. Paid for 12 hours at 12 noon to support and celebrate my daughters final show at Exeter college. Returned at 10pm to find car park locked. Misleading signs saying 24 hrs open. My phone battery had run out. I was with my 9 year old son in the dark. Eventually I was helped out by local Indian restaurant who phoned car park company. This company then made me walk to nearest cash point at 11.30 at night to get cash, £30. Then they sent a heavy, 6ft 30 stone man to take cash and let me get my car. Alone. Dark street. This is for real. This company should be reported to the police. DO NOT USE

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This was our first visit to Exeter and we used this car park in November 2021. We paid for a few hours and when we realised that we needed more time my husband went back to pay for us to stay longer. He paid for the car to stay till 10pm. We unfortunately did not see any sign stating that the car park would close at 7pm and the machine should not have accepted our payment till 10pm. We arrived back at 7.10pm and called the security to pay the £30 fine and thought that was it. However we have now received a fine of £100 to say that we parked past 7pm and didn’t pay for our stay. What and absolute shocker and so sad that in such trying times that we are all facing that they feel the need to scam people out of money.

I have received over a £1000 pounds parking fines at this car park. There are 2 car parks in the same building with the same name so watch out you pay using the correct App. This is confusing at best and deliberately misleading at worst.

i have used this car park for a while now, it is in a great location for town and work. pretty cheap prices, all day sunday £2.70. outside area open 24/7. indoor parking locked at night but not a problem if you read the signs. friendly, helpful member of staff. would recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a ticket for overstaying my paid parking and I know full well that I did not do this. They are clearly scamming others as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous place! Parked here one evening and had to pay by card. The only meter you could pay by card was just outside and the signage here said open 24 hours so I paid until 10pm. Got back to my car at 10pm so find the car park locked. I called MBSS security to come and open the car park and paid him £30 release fee! He assured me I wouldn’t hear from them again as he can prove I called in time for my ticket running out. He took 25 minutes to turn up so my car was clocked leaving the car park 30 minutes late. I was sent the incident form from MBSS regarding the release details and I still received a £100 parking fine!! I appealed and attached all of the evidence I possibly could and they replied as a gesture of good will they will reduce the fine to £30. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. Total disgrace and scam people out of money!

Nobody to help. Bring your phone or it cost you more by cash, no possibility of paying by card. No matter if you return 37 minutes late after paying 3 hours or not paying at all, they will charge you with a notice of £100!. They really don’t care about you or what happened. It is abusive! Not recommended at all!

I used the automated system to pay for my parking, which it said would end at 5:45. I returned 5 minutes before this time was up to find my car locked in over night. I then noticed the small sign that said the car park closes at 5 on a Sunday. I then had to wait an hour, in the dark and alone for a member of security to release my car at the cost of £30. Felt like I’d been scammed. Why allow people to pay parking, past the time that the car park closes. I will never use this car park again !

This used to be the best carpark in Exeter. Now it's just as bad as the rest. I will use it simply because it's close to where I need to be. But the pay on exit no longer exists. The signs are rubbish. The machines aren't great and honestly I feel sorry for the people working there. All I have heard is complaints.

No signs to say bank holidays are any different so at 6pm when I finish work my car has been locked in for the night, no answer from the only contact number outside so I’m now having to get a taxi home and will have to get one back in for work tomorrow. Not very happy.

Returned at 19:30 to find my car locked in for the night. At this time in the evening I had no idea it would have been closed. I had a sick child with me and had to find public transport to get home which took 1 hour instead of 15 minutes. Tomorrow morning I will have to be up an hour early to get transport back into town to collect my car before work.
